Knowledge economy's appearance proposed the new annotation for the constitution of the enterprise competitive advantage's core resources. Knowledge has become the crucial resource of which the economic growth, the social development and the enterprise grow. More and more organizations gain the core competitiveness through the knowledge management. The knowledge creation, shift and use are the keys which the enterprise grows continually, and become the source of the enterprise competitive advantage.The parent-subsidiary company is one kind of market internalization company which the enterprise group faces in the developing process and must deal with. The enterprise group compares with the sole enterprise has the superiority, this kind of competitive power's origin is formed in the production process with the accumulation of different knowledge, it is precisely these differences has provided the coordination opportunity recognition for parent-subsidiary company. The knowledge shift can have the influence regarding the entire group operation. The parent-subsidiary company takes one kind of complex configuration of organization, its internal knowledge shift has the unique characteristic and the mechanism, many kinds of factors will hinder or promote knowledge shift in the parent-subsidiary company. This article through the method of literature induction, theoretical model deduction and statistical analysis synthesis utilization, has conducted the system research of two aspects from the theory to the real diagnosis of the parent-subsidiary company knowledge shift behavior. It provides the theory basis and the practice instruction for parent-subsidiary company management and the knowledge shift.The knowledge shift needs the organize coordination and the effective drive, different management pattern and control mechanism of the parent-subsidiary company has the different influence on the knowledge shift.At the same time,the influential role of knowledge in economic activity introduces a new angle of views for us to understand the parent-subsidiary company relations. Economic activity's division of labor was one kind of knowledge division, the parent-subsidiary company has also manifested this kind of knowledge exchange relations. This article obtains from the knowledge transfer cost, has carried on the comprehensive elaboration to the knowledge transferability, based on this, it has analyzed the knowledge intrinsic characteristic, knowledge shift ability, knowledge shift situation as the influences which relates the parent-subsidiary company forms. Knowledge intrinsic characteristic influences organizational structure choice, when the knowledge viscosity degree is high, it's better to choose the parent-subsidiary company form. The knowledge shift ability will change the knowledge viscosity degree, regarding strong knowledge shift ability, when the knowledge viscosity degree is high it will favor the parent-subsidiary company company structural style. Meanwhile through the knowledge shift situation's analysis, it pointed out that the parent-subsidiary company boundary is not the infinite extension, is decided in the parent-subsidiary company 's situation similar degree.As the parent-subsidiary company's dependence is prominent day by day, it causes the parent-subsidiary company management to the network management transformation. This requests the parent-subsidiary company realize the parent-subsidiary network system , display the value of the knowledge fully, thus achieves the parent-subsidiary company network system benefit maximization. This article analyses the enterprise knowledge structure , unifies the parent-subsidiary company's structure characteristic to propose the parent-subsidiary company knowledge structure. With the complex circuit analysis and the microcosm circuit analysis it carries on the analysis of the parent-subsidiary company's knowledge shift behavior, the computed result indicated that between the parent-subsidiary company member's distance to shifts the frequency to have the important influence, may use the associated measures to adjust distance between the parent-subsidiary company member's, raise the knowledge shift frequency, promote the parent-subsidiary company integral development; Between the members the knowledge shift relations had decided directly the parent-subsidiary company knowledge transition network, through the adjustment knowledge shift relations, may balance the degree, guarantes the stability of the parent-subsidiary company knowledge transition network; Simultaneously take more reasonable formulation to change the member and adjust the connection counts, thus promotion knowledge in parent-subsidiary company network share and shift.
