The present study situation and the existing problems currently of risk management in building engineering design are analyzed.According to the current conditions and characteristics of risk management of building engineering design in our country, the SPC model of building engineering design for risk identification with the process of building engineering design is made. Through my personal work practice, the findings of the survey and analysis of relevant literature, this dissertation summed up 40 risk factors of building engineering design by the SPC model, thus brought forward the top ten risk factors of the building engineering design. The component analysis is conducted on all the identified risk parameters,and the risk estimation index system of building engineering design is established.By applying the general fuzzy estimation method and the AHP rights-determination,the weight of each key risk factor is calculated,and the general risk level and the level of each risk component within building engineering design are gained.By Game Theory on the action of the entities of engineering design,the sources of the risks are explained basing on the Information Economics. Risk management of building engineering design is analyzed. In this dissertation, on the basis of a careful analysis of national policy and research literature,from risk elusion, loss control, risk transfer, risk retention, risk prevention and risk control, the various response measures of risk factors are elaborated,and risk management system of the building engineering design is studied.
