| With the rapid development of Survey Design enterprises, informationization as a way to upgrade run capacity and improve processing and exerting information for enterprises ,are increasingly being used to the development and construction of Survey Design enterprises . However, due to the lack of effective risk management, there are a lot of problems being in the construction of informationization, such as control of progress, costs and quality and so on. It is also the same enormous risk for the Survey Design enterprises to face in the information society and information age .it is deserved us to make a in-depth study for these risk, using scientific way for risk management to identify, assess and control.Firstly this paper introduced the status of the informationization construction for survey design industries, also told parts of the study background for the paper and then introduced the relevant theory and research achievements for risk management at home and aboard, and summarized the theoretical and practical significance for the study direction of this paper . The papers also states academic basis and related main concept for this study. the paper will focus on analyzing the direction, method , route of this study as well as innovation for this paper, it is also used the form of block diagram to complete the visual description of the papers.Based on the above, this paper considers the informationization construction in SCHD as an example, complete the analysis of the entire process for risk management including risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk prevention, and gradually establishes a set of workable methods for risks Management in informationization construction.In the stage of risk identification ,analyzing and summarizing the existing methods for risk identification ,in accordance with the characteristics of informationization construction, and related survey data and results of expert advice, this paper proposed a "multi-dimensional model of risk identification," and mainly focused on setting up the corresponding risk identification indicators respective aiming at factor latitude, dimension latitude and strategy latitude which is involved in the informationization construction. This paper also completes the MRIS (Multi-dimensional Risk Identification System). In the stage of risk assessment, establish model of risk assessment by Analytical Hierarchy Process on the basis of AHP analysis methods, and then operate related indicators one by one on above-mentioned risks identification system, combining the analysis of risk probability, this paper try to get more accurate quantitative indicators for risk assessment.In the stage of risk-control, in accordance with the risk control process"input, processing, exporting" which is made by risk control principle, this paper summed up main strategies and methods, introduced the study direction of risk control on the basis of different theories, and on the basis above improved risk monitoring, early warning and emergency response and other preventive measures.In the end, this paper put forward the development direction of risk management for informationization construction on the basis of risk control method aiming at the SCHD. On the other hand, paper points out innovative and limitations for this study, but also make a prospect on the new research and practice areas.To sum up, this paper establishes multi-dimensional risk identification system and assessment model by AHP, conducted a comprehensive risk assessment to informationization of survey design enterprises and draws an appropriate conclusion on risk control. The study will be a continuous and constantly consummating systems, which possess comprehensive, dynamic, sustained and many other advantages, it can make a more comprehensive evaluation on informationization construction of Survey Design enterprises to avoid possible accidents, so it has theoretical and practical value. |
