Internal labor market theory is one of the relatively new field of labor economics.The development of internal labor market theory has greatly enriched labor economics theory. It is different from neo-classical economics research framework, because it probes into enterprises and analyzes human resources development, deployment and management. Thus, this theory largely avoid the limitations of classical economics which only focus on business as a particle. When a laborer entered a enterprise, the accumulation of skills, more focused and professional. Internal labor market is based on a set of institutional system, which embraces efficient allocation of human resources, development and accumulation within enterprise. From micro-perspective, this paper analyze the effectiveness in the following aspects:long-term employment contracts, allocation of human resources, long-term incentives and so on, in depth of analysis the necessity for relative stability and long-term employment contracts and the establishment of corporate harmony, stability and the effectiveness of labor relations In the market economy system.From the macro perspective, the employment system of the planned economy period has been transformed into a market oriented economy, with the economic reform in China. During this process, the results achieved are obvious. However, in practice, there are many problems and deviations, For example, today, there is too much emphasis on "job market" and "open unemployment", which phenomenon has to a certain extent and will bring a lot of problems:the deterioration of labor relations and both employers and employees'short-sighted and opportunistic behavior, etc. It will increase China's social development and reform costs.From the micro perspective, In terms of the labor force, even a relatively full employment is reached. If the enterprise employment system is flawed and inappropriate allocation of labor resources, it will also give rise to adverse consequences. The phenomenon of talent wasted, brain drain, etc. is always one of the major difficulties facing businesses and how to use good talent, how to retain talent is currently one of the issues of greatest concern to business.Of course, there are some flaws in the internal labor market, We should notice its deficiencies while analyzing the efficiency of its internal mechanism. And according to enterprise's internal and external environmental change, we should construct suitable internal labor market strength to establish enterprise's internal labor market.Thus to realize the efficiency of the internal labor market.This paper focuses on this reality-based analysis of the mechanism of internal labor market and using SPSS18.0 software to make in-depth analysis of the questionnaire about 57 enterprises, in order to reflect the status of its operational efficiency, our study also utilize semi-structured interview as supplementary. Finally, we also provide suggestions for practices and future research.
