Location theory is a both old and young economics field, and with the economy, science & technology and society's developing, deep change happened in the regional environment today. The private economy prime develops depend on the backing of local place, and starting from 1992, non-state-operated enterprise is stepped into "starting a new undertaking" period, displaying a forceful developing tendency. At the same time, private economy in eastern area, middle area and western area developed imbalanced, which will be a challenge to the harmonious development of our country's regional economies. Therefore, it will have an important theory and practical to discuss development problem of private enterprise in middle section from regional or geographic advantage theory.By adopting such research methods as the combination of theoretical analyses and empirical studies, dynamic analysis and comparative research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, systematic studies and focus studies, the dissertation discusses the following problems: location choice and the theory of enterprise's location, current developing situation and regional advantages of private enterprise in middle region, the capital operating and financing's strategy choice of private enterprise in middle region, the governing pattern's strategy choice of private enterprise in middle region, the technological innovation's strategy choice of non-public enterprise in middle region.The main content of the dissertation is following. Area factor and enterprise area choice relation main embodies in five aspects, the resource guiding of enterprise area choice, the organization spatial distribution of enterprise framework, area aggregative form of different type enterprise, dynamic changing of enterprise area choice, enterprise area choice in space dilating. In market economy condition, enterprise is independent with commodity production manage entity, and enterprise ultimately orients its place under the market request; enterprise organization type has very big relation with the pattern of ownership, and enterprise location is decided by the economic development level; under modern market economy condition, enterprise grows up accompanying with the expanding in marketplace field, and enterprise economic activity region space range also is able to expand step by step , which is one of alternative important motion to have a regional choice for enterprise, and advantage economy area place becomes the main direction that enterprise region space expands. Non-public enterprise in middle China develops falling over to eastern regions and be a little higher than western region, while it is also uneven as far as the inside of middle region be concerned. The macro factor that affects and restricts the non-public enterprises' development in middle region is society economic growth situation of middle region mainly, and the micro factors are internal factors such as produce, administration, managing of enterprise mainly. The middle region has certain advantages in the fields of geographical feature, resource and humanity, science and education resource etc., which are the backing that middle section private enterprise develops. In the past 20 years, the scale of private enterprise has been expanding unceasingly, total capital has been getting promptly dilation, meanwhile, suffering the capital lack also, the deep reason of which is lying in the barriers of system and relevant subjects. According to capital resources the pattern of capital expansion can be classified three kinds of style: inner extension, external extension and depend extension. Private enterprise in middle China has certain regional advantages in capital operating and financing: the system outside cycle fund already reaching sufficient scale, Wuhan forming the central bank region, foreign direct investment already reaching certain specific gravity. The private enterprises in middle China have themselves characteristics in structure of stock rights, decision-making way and organization's framework, and conglomerating is the trend. Many private enterprises are family firms in early phase, but, when scale expands to certain degree, the drawbacks of family firm is coming to be exposed, therefore the way out of the family firm lies in the organic union of the tradition clan concept and the modern enterprise organization form to build modern family firm system. Our country's non-public enterprise has the following characteristics: nimble innovation mechanism, nimble framework of organization, more outstanding of the main body effect, more obvious of the technological innovation effect, stronger adaptability and diversity in technological innovation. However private enterprise has shown deficient in technological innovation entirety, affect, and that property rights, enterprise quality, ability to innovate, factors such as marketplace and system has restricted the private enterprise's technological innovation. There are three fundamental innovation patterns of our country's private enterprise technological: innovative autonomously, copy and cooperation; and another three derive kinds in high technology: the R&D center pattern, invented producing, cluster innovation. Private enterprises in middle China have certain regional advantages on technological innovation. Those affect the enterprise's choice of innovation patterns are strength, technology status, and estate status mainly, which can be classified direct factor and indirect factor. In addition, combining with related analysis, the dissertation has discussed the strategy choice of private enterprise in middle region on capital operating and financing, the governing pattern and the technological innovation.
