Research On Industrial Ecology In Qaidam Circular Economy Testing Area Of Qinghai

China is in a period of rapid development of industrialization andurbanization. The contradiction between economic development andresources and environmental constraints is increasingly prominent. Thedevelopment of circular economy is a best choice to adjust the economicstructure, Innovative development mode, build a resource-saving andenvironment-friendly society, and achieve sustainable development. The "11thFive-Year Plan” develops a recycling economy as a major strategic task, the17th CPC National Congress put forward new requirements to promote alarger scale circular economy. The18th CPC National Congress proposed tobuild a socialist harmonious society, placed in a prominent position inecological civilization construction.Qaidam region of Qinghai is rich in mineral resources, the typicalresource areas, the characteristics and advantages of industrial base of China’sWestern Development Program. It is the most dynamic economic and socialdevelopment of Qinghai Province, the main areas of source of income andfinancial resources to support the protection an construction of the "ThreeRivers". It bears the heavy responsibility of supporting the economic andsocial development of Qinghai Province and supporting the Tibetan areasconstruction. However, the vulnerability of ecosystems and the sensitivity andinstability of eco-environment are very prominent in Qaidam region. How tosolve the contradiction between economic development and protection of theecological environment, to achieve sound and rapid development is anoutstanding problem that this region is facing. Developing the circulareconomy is a realistic choice to solve this problem. Circular economy is animportant ecological of economic morphological. The secondary industry ofQaidam circular economy pilot area especially its industrial output share ofGDP is more than75%. Therefore, if Qaidam region wants to develop circulareconomy, it should achieve the development of industrial ecology first of all. Based on these，this paper took the Qaidam Circular Economy TestingArea as the object of survey, and took ecological economics ideas in Marxismand the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics asguiding ideology, combined with ecological economic theory in WesternEconomics，through field investigations in the area，this paper analyzed thedevelopment status of the area，the basic conditions of industrial ecologydevelopment and the achievements and the existing problems in the aspect ofindustrial ecology. Then the article puts forward the paths of realization ofindustrial ecology according to the inherent requirement of circulationeconomy development and the law of development of industrial ecology, andputs forward some Suggestions that can be advantageous to the realization ofindustrial ecology. Of course, these suggestions come from field surveys onthe one hand, on the other hand from the paths of industrial ecology.
