Research On Precision Supply Chain Management In Automobile Industry

Based on the current reality of automobile industry supply chain in our country, combined with the advanced supply chain management theory at home and abroad, the automobile industry supply chain system was studied comprehensively and systematically by using the combination of theory discussion and business case analyzing:putting forwards a theory of Precision Supply Chain (PSC), constructing the system of automobile industry precision supply chain and the plan system of PSC, the management system of upper, middle and lower reaches as well as the performance appraisal system of PSC.First, bases on the existing supply chain theory (Integrated Supply Chain, Agile Supply Chain, Lean Supply Chain, Leagile Supply Chain), combined with the realistic operation of the automobile industry supply chain, Precision Supply Chain was put forwards in this paper. It is a new viewpoint which is developed from the theory of Leagile Supply Chain based on the enterprise supply chain and the logistics operation and the management practice. LSC emphasizes that the supply chain serves customer in as far as possible short time in advance with the dependable quality and low cost's product and service. PSC has integrated the implication of preciseness into LSC. It emphasizes that the characteristics of punctual and precise, that also guarantee the punctiliousness and preciseness of the information flow, the material object flow and fund flow in the supply chain.Next, depending on the reality of automobile industry supply chain, there constructs a Precision Supply Chain's system in this paper. Through analyzing the essential factors and the interactive relations of the subject and the object in supply chain, constructing the comprehensive cost model of PSC, namely to achieve the purpose of balance between customer satisfaction and supply chain cost, the supply chain's structure and the process were designed in turn.Finally, it has analyzed the various subsystems of the supply chain. From the demand research and planning system, this article comprehensively analyses the upstream purchase system, the midstream production management system, the downstream vehicle distribution system in the supply chain and the spare parts supply system, then constructs a performance appraisal system of all the sub-system of Precision Supply Chain.From the third chapter, this article take the example of PSC carried out in company A. In this example, the necessary and feasibility of PSC were demonstrated in automobile industry and the methods and experience of the special PSC were summarized.This ariticle based on the existing supply chain theory, contacting with practice, and then put forwords a PSC systerm for automobile industry. This systerm benefits to the development of automobile industry in our country and helped to advance the integrative srength of the automobile industry.
