Recenty, China's automobile industry is facing unprecedented development opportunities. On the one hand,market demand is showing almost explosive growth, on the other hand automobile industry has become the national pillar industry with good industry prospects.At the same time There are some disadvantage factors such as intense competition, lack of technology accumulation and innovation capacity and so on, hindering its development.Faced with the situation, China's automobile industry continues to strengthen technological innovation and reduce operating costs in order to improve management efficiency,at the same time there are momentums of one-sided emphasis on the development of their own, the pursuit of integrated management and economies of scale which is undoubtedly a certain hazards for supply chain management as inevitable choice for the modern business enterprise society.Based on the core issue of supply chain management of automotive industry, by analysing the relationship among supply chain members,the paper points out that we should adopt a scientific approach for partner selection and comprehensive and efficient risk management, so ensure the establishment of cooperative relationship,including the fair distribution for the cooperation interests and the trust motivation level of cooperaton relationship,promoting the cooperation relationship development toward further and deeper direction.Based on the suggestions for cooperative relationship management about the members of the automotive supply chain, this paper will be helpful for the current China's automotive enterprises development.
