Research On Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System For Auto Industry

With the development of global economy and the market competition of automobile intensifying, the implementation of supply chain management has become an effective tactics that enterprises of automobile industry adapt to market competition. As a key component of supply chain management, performance evaluation of supply chain is the necessary process to ensure the success of implementing supply chain management. Through performance evaluation of automobile industry supply chain, it can analyse the problems of supply chain and put forward countermeasures, and thus realize optimization of supply chain. Therefore, it is significant in theory and practice to research deeply supply chain performance evaluation system for auto industry.Performance evaluation of auto industry supply chain was deeply studied by using supply chain management and extension theories. Qualitative analysis, quantitative study, and the combination of theory analysis and empirical research were used during the research. The makeup of performance evaluation system of auto industry supply chain was put forward, which consists of seven sections, including evaluation object, evaluation model, evaluation index system, evaluation method, evaluation criterion, evaluation organization and evaluation report. On the basis of principles and thinking for building index system, index system of performance evaluation of auto industry supply chain was constructed from four aspects covering purchase, production, sales, recycling. Index weight was confirmed by using analytic hierarchy process, and performance evaluation model based on extension theory was built. At last, performance of H automobile company supply chain was evaluated with the index system and evaluation model built above. The excellent operation status of supply chain is given out, and the existing problems of supply chain are pointed out.
