Study On The Land-expropriated Peasants Entrepreneurship Based On The Sustainable Livelihoods

In recent years, with the constant promotion of the urbanization, the land -expropriated peasants increase rapidly. How to settle reasonably the land-expropriated peasants has to become a prominent social problem which is related to the development of economy, steady society and building a harmonious society. The groups of peasants who have sacrificed a lot in the progress of urbanization have no land, no job and no ensure... Government has the responsibility to solve their survival and development. Obtaining employment is vital to the people's livelihood. Promoting their employment is the key problem to keep sustainable livelihoods of the land-expropriated peasants. Because of the reform of the market-oriented recruitment system and the optimization of the product structure based on knowledge economy .it is difficult for land-expropriated peasants to find a satisfactory job. Encouraging the starting-typed employment is used as a basic means of solving the disadvantaged group's survival and development all over the world. So this research takes the sustainable livelihoods of the land-expropriated peasants as the research background from the point of the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship. The main research contents and conclusion are as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzes the reasons of the problem of the land-expropriated peasants and the influence of peasants'losing land. The deep-seated reasons of the problem of the land-expropriated peasants are discussed from the viewpoints of the policy for the compensation and settlement of the land expropriation and role transformationSecondly, With literature research,the paper summarizes the seven features of the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship, and the five problems in the process of it.Thirdly, through opportunity perspective, this paper studies the process of the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship. The paper analyzes the source, identification, valuation and development of their entrepreneurial opportunity. Then the paper surveys the process of the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship, and constructs the process model of the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship, in-depth.Fourthly, the paper systematically analyzes the socio-demographic characteristics, psychological quality, skills in the entrepreneur, entrepreneur environment, and the cognition in the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship. The paper has the desire for enhancing the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurshipFifthly, the paper reviews the literature on the evaluation of the ability of entrepreneurship. Then, the index system for the evaluation of the ability of the land-expropriated peasant's entrepreneurship is built. At last, the paper evaluates the ability of the land-expropriated peasants in Tangshan city with AHP.Based on the study above, the paper comes up with corresponding policy proposals on enhancing the land-expropriated peasants entrepreneurship.
