Empirical Research On Performance Dynamic Model Of Family Business Sustainability

Family business is as an ancient and widespread form of enterprise organization in the world economy, whether in quantity or size of the family business, a large share of both. With the continuous development of China's economy, family businesses in the economic and social role in significantly increasing the overall size of a small to large, from weak to strong role in the development of fast by the slow-varying trend. However, the family business was considered to be conservative, closed, narrow-minded business model, the sustainable development of family business has not been sufficient academic and social importance of family business research is limited to a sustainable way of smooth transmission to the next generation such a point of analysis, lack of family from the system level to grasp the sustainable development of enterprises and research. To this end, this article has chosen sustainable development of family business research.During the study process in this article, on the one hand, the conventional research on the family business perspective were broken, and the family business and non-family business were put in the same environment and social development in a family business in the development process must take social responsibility and concern eco-development; On the other hand, have not given up the inherent characteristics of family businesses, has explicitly put forward the development of family businesses can not ignore the interests of the family that the family of performance and the application of systems thinking approach to SFB model and ESFB-based, derived from theory, empirical research until the use of research findings.In this article, a study to prove that family business achieves sustainable development must pay attention to four dimensions performance, namely family performance, business performance, social performance and ecological performance. The performance of the four dimensions of interaction, social performance and ecological performance can upgrade resources and capacity of enterprises.In this paper, completed the following research work:1. In this paper, the past family business studies were more systematic reviewed; especially for family business sustainability and performance of an important model, and then a comment was given.2. In this paper, the study shows how the family business as the business goals of sustainable development, through the process and the behavior of corporate governance review, as well as continuous performance improvement to achieve the sustainable development of family business. Through research, this paper presents a family performance of the family business, operating performance, social performance, and ecological performance, resources and capacity and sustainability of the relationship between the hypotheses and established a family business in sustainable development to achieve the performance of dynamic model.3. In this paper, structural equation model approach, in the seven cities selected more than 700 large and medium-sized family enterprises in the domestic data collection, the establishment of the theoretical model is validated and proved the hypothesis.4. In this paper, empirical findings, the family business was established to measure sustainable development performance evaluation index system. In the establishment of performance indicators, the paper broke through the AHP and Delphi in the past commonly used performance indicators to determine the weight of the traditional method, try the path coefficients of structural equation models a simple mathematical treatment as an indicator of the weight. The theory is based on, the path coefficients between the variables reflecting the influence of the size.5. In this paper, research on family businesses put forward four-point management recommendations. Firstly, family business in the development process should look squarely at a family performance, the family's interests and success as an explicit consideration dimension. Secondly, family businesses and non-family business, as in the process of development, we must fulfill their social responsibilities, to maintain ecological balance, be able to achieve sustainable development. Thirdly, when family business is in the development of a certain size, an enterprise development management system compatible must be built. Finally, family business development to a certain stage, to raise the professional managers who account for the proportion of key management personnel, appropriate authority of the family scattered.
