Traditional supply chain network system always presents disordered state which effective energy is decaying and ineffective energy is increasing continuously in its operation process, so, the supply chain network must recombine resources of node-enterprises of the supply chain network reasonably, create favorable performance and enhance competition advantage by integrating, to impel supply chain network to trend to order or more advanced order state. Moreover, supply chain network integration is the complex system engineering demanding cross-organizational business process among node-enterprises to be reengineered in integrating process. Moreover, supply chain network should be integrated from general optimum, and be integrated the whole supply chain network according to the relationship among the essential factors. And it is critical is to keep the internal relations tightly of node-enterprises, which can make the supply chain network to achieve a higher level internal unification but not the functions of node-companies on simple portfolio and simple organization integration. So, we research the supply chain network by putting it into the framework of dissipative structure theory, and point out that exist mechanism of negative entropy producing and exchanging in dissipative structure of supply chain network. And the dissipative structure theory emphasizes the openness of system, the nonlinear interactions among every critical elements and the appearance of new order through the system mutation or fluctuation.Therefore, we analyze the coordination and cooperation relationship of critical elements in supply chain network, and put forward that organization structure (the hierarchical relationship set of complex diversity and relationship of business process in supply chain network), knowledge (the ability and resource set of society and market information, technologies, management idea, enterprise culture and organization mechanism of supply chain network) and external environment (the set of nature and society environment) are the main factors in its operation.Based on core competence theory, we adopt the methodology system of fractal integration formed by combining fractal method, modularization approach, cross-organizational business process reengineering and network method, to complicate redundant processes, reject non value-adding processes, and realize the fractal integration of organization structure and knowledge. Meanwhile, we establish their corresponding entropy model to quantize fractal integration ability. Furthermore, we establish mutation model and fuzzy mutation series evaluation model of supply chain network integration to analyze and assess its integration ability and control entropy production by case and simulational research. Thus, we can establish the low entropy, high effective, more orderly and modular fractal process-guidance supply chain network.The main result of this paper is shown as follows:i.Based on dissipative structure theory, we present that the dissipative structure of supply chain network also has the mechanism of negative entropy producing and exchanging. Moreover, the viewpoint is further proposed that the positive or negative attribute of the entropy of external environment is determined after entering in the supply chain network in accordance with the internal state development and the utilization situation of the external entropy in an open supply chain system.ii. In this paper, organization structure and knowledge of supply chain network are fractal integrated respectively. Firstly, organization structure are fractal integrated. Based on the core competence, the fractal integration of organization structure is the method formed by combining fractal method, modularization approach, cross-organizational business process reengineering and network method, that integrates business process of supply chain network. Furthermore, we establish the entropy model of fractal integration of organization structure by calculating its fractal dimension, to evaluate the integration effect of supply chain network, then analyze its parameters and draw some significant conclusions. Then, GE electrical supply chain network as the case of case study shows that the fractal supply chain network has more lean organization structure and effect of dropping entropy significantly,iii. Secondly, Fractal property of the knowledge of supply chain network is analyzed, and the concept of the fractal integration of knowledge is presented. And the knowledge of supply chain network is fractal integrated by building "modularization fractal knowledge integration network" independent of the organization structure. In the process of fractal integration of the knowledge, the knowledge integration is divided into five stages of acquisition, transformation, application, innovation and metastasis, and the knowledge entropy model of the various stages is built to quantify and evaluate its integration effect. Furthermore, knowledge growth model is established. Finally, the case study of knowledge metastasis of GE electrical supply chain network shows that the fractal knowledge integration can drop entropy significantly, and has higher structure order degree.iv. Then, We set up the mutation model of fractal integration ability of supply chain network based on mutation theory, and research all mutation situations in integration process, in which the butterfly mutation of knowledge entropy is the most complex.Finally, we establish the fuzzy mutation series evaluation model by taking integration entropy of supply chain network as control variables to analyze and assess its integration ability reqired. And we compare the integration ability in different periods in the case and simulational research of GE electrical supply chain network to find deficiencies of integration method, and control entropy production during the integration in time. So, this has great guiding significance to improve the current situation of supply chain network.
