Dynamic and diverse enterprise environment requires continuousevolution of enterprise to adapt to the change of environment. Since thetraditional fixed pattern of enterprise management would not be fit for thedevelopment of the age any more, this dissertation, regarding evolutionalenterprise as research object, focuses on the essence, process andtendency of enterprise evolution (EE) with the theory of system science, which mainly aims to identify the evolution phase and build themanagement decision-making model to direct the management activitiesof enterprise.First of all, based on the general analyses of characteristics ofenterprise system (as dissipative system), the essence and impetus of EEare anatomized, and a token system, which represents the scale ofenterprise resource and enterprise system entropy as the quantity andquality of EE respectively, is brought forward. Furthermore, theborderline, structure, and function of enterprise dissipation system arealso discussed in this dissertation.Secondly, the finite-improvement model of enterprise systemresource and the entropy-variation model of enterprise system are built upto analyze the evolution process of enterprise system at the aspects ofboth quantity and quality. The evolution process of enterprise issimulated, the types of enterprise system entropy are classified, and themeasure index system is set up. Based on the theory of entropy, theentropy for enterprise system is designed, which involves the scale ofenterprise system, far-from equilibrium, talent, information, innovation, and etc.Thirdly, this dissertation classifies EE process into four phases:high-speed development, stabilization, decline, and rebirth, by which EEcycle could be defined to be an assorted sequence. Moreover, relativefeature domain and absolute feature domain are brought forward. Indexsystem model based on feature mapping theory and phase recognitionmodel based on the rule of maximum membership value are built up.Lastly, based on the analyses of influential factors and fashionduring the process of enterprise evolution, Multi-ANP model, which aimsat EE, is designed. The computing process of the model is argued in thisdissertation. The contributions of all of management strategy in everyphase are got. T coparation is the case of application the theory in thisdissertation. All in all, this dissertation would provide effective theoreticalsupport in process management activities of EE.
