Study On OaaS Operating Mode Of Telecom Carrier Under Transformation Background

With the dual-driving of technology and market, the developing environment of globe telecom industry is undergoing profound changes, and telecom operating will enter a new phase. Under such background, transformation is telecom operators' strategic growth options to keep continuous growth. However, There is no mature conclusions for reference either in academic or industrial fields for questions about how and where to implement transformation, while telecom companies need theoretical guidance for their strategic transformation.The current operation of telecom carriers mainly base on mature theory of eTOM. Although the theory of eTOM can guide operation of telecom carriers effectively, it can't help them to achieve strategic expectation of sustainable growth. The dissertation will try to optimize certain parts of eTOM theory based on existing research results. It will introduce a new theory of OaaS operating mode, and explore detailed contents of OaaS operating mode, and analyze the impact of OaaS operating mode to telecom carriers.
