Judging from the global financial market financial industry competition is more and more serious and commercial banks are challenged by non-bank financial institutions and counterparts at home and abroad in the traditional business. The competition between Banks is more in service than in scale and business. The core competitiveness of commercial banks, which lies in the standard and stability of service, in the satisfaction to the more complicated market, is the key. Trying transformation of banks to adapt to the historic requirements of the development of commercial banks becomes consensus.In recent years, facing to the increasingly fierce competition, the transformation of banks are all accelerated.The commercial banks implement specialized operations to raise outlets operation efficiency and the ability of market competition,beginning with hardware,business process and business management system reform. According to The Times development requirement and the innovative theories such as the new branch of China's banking "opening" solutions, building multi-channel financial service system, the commercial banks transform their information platform and outlets design, help to realize the transformation from traditional trade accounting type to marketing service type as soon as possible, satisfying the requirements of customers on demand.However, for any commercial bank, it is necessary to formulate the corresponding transformation strategy and policy line, according to their business development condition and realistic conditions, from overall Angle, the collection of the optimal scheme is not always the best overall strategy. This paper mainly adopts empirical analysis, comparative analysis,studying the transformation of commercial banks with concrete data, detailed case, the emphatically summarized analysis is on the current transformation strategy of QLB. First, points out the motivation and urgency of the transformation of QLB from internal and external, at the same time,analyzes the background of the transformation, referring to the successful experience and the development trend of transformation of bank at home and abroad.Then, the transformation of QLB on employing mechanism, management mode, process reform, channel development, structure adjustment and product innovation etc is summarized, the current situation of the transformation of QLB is analyzed,with the national outstanding bank for benchmarking, deepening the Chinese -foreign cooperation and promoting the strategic transformation, strengthening capital operation, accelerating regional expansion, promoting the optimized structure both with high quality, rapid development and more profit, by which QLB is gradually becoming a modern commercial bank reputable with standardized management, sustainable growth, first-class service. Finally, according to the existing problems, offers policy proposal to further promote the transformation of QLB, puts forward the detail views on business, customer, service, employees and enterprise culture etc.
