Each of market players in economic society is the member of the supply chain network. The operation of supply chain network is directly related to the development of the market players, and also profoundly affects the economic and social development. The complex supply chain network is composed of several related supply chain. It has the properties of nonlinear, large-scale and high dimension. The dynamic behavior reflects the characteristics of the operation of supply chain network. The topology of the supply chain network is the inner base of supply chain network running and function realization, and have a fundamental impact on the dynamics behavior of supply chain network. Therefore the topological properties of supply chain network are researched in this paper, and on this basis the collective dynamics behavior in the supply chain network are studied, including risk diffusion dynamics and synchronization operation dynamics. By studying the dynamic behavior of the supply chain network, we can deeply understand the operation characteristics of supply chain network. People hope that the supply chain network system is under the effective control and can be made to achieve desired running state within a certain time and space. Therefore after studying the dynamical behavior of the supply chain network, the state controllability and structure controllability of the supply chain network are studied in this paper. Then the feasible or optimal implementation plans on global control of supply chain network are research. Our research showed in this paper deepen the understanding on the complexity of the supply chain system running, and enrich the methods and results of research on supply chain management and design. The researches contribute to explore the method of building the modern supply chain network system as well as innovative ways of distribution. The research also can have important reference value for the cultivation and operation management of supply chain network system. In our research, a variety of theories and method have been used. The main research work is as follows:(1) The topological properties of complex supply chain network are studied. The various topology parameters are defined and analyzed. The sparsity, entropy, characteristic spectrum and spectral density of complex supply chain networks are investigated. The diameter of lateral structure, short path marketing channels, the characteristic channel path, cluster coefficient of enterprise, revealabilities of motif in the supply chain networks are defined and analyzed. The degree distribution,assortative, dasassortative of complex supply chain network are researched. As empirical research, we investigate the topological properties of agricultural products supply chain network, and calculate and analyze main topology parameters. The influences of the topological properties of agricultural product supply chain network on its system running are studied.(2) The dynamic model for risk spread of complex supply chain network is built to research the mechanism and characteristics of risk spread in the complex supply chain network. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of threshold of risk spread, degree of freedom, relaxation process and the basic goals of risk management in the supply chain network, dynamic model for risk spread of complex supply chain networks is built to study the risk spread in complex supply chain networks. The changes of the dynamic behaviors of risk spread in the topological evolution of complex supply chain networks are investigated to explore the effect of topology evolution on risk spread in the complex supply chain networks. The dynamic model is applied in actual agricultural products supply chain network. The properties of risk spread in the agricultural products supply chain network and the properties of risk spread of its evolutionary structure are obtained through the application of the dynamic model.(3) The synchronous dynamic behaviors of collaborative operation in complex supply chain network are research. The synchronous collaboration model of dissipative coupling of autonomous system of supply chain network is built. The synchronization manifold, the stability of synchronization of collaboration running and sync interval of collaboration running in supply chain network are investigated. The ability of synchronous operation in supply chain network is study, and the effect of topology evolution and topology properties on the ability of synchronous collaboration and synchronous dynamic behaviors of collaborative operation in supply chain network are investigated.(4) The state controllability and structure controllability of complex supply chain network are researched. On the basis of analyzing basic control mode and its technical performance of complex supply chain network system, the criterions for state controllability and structure controllability of complex supply chain network are established to study the state controllability and structure controllability of complex supply chain network. The relationship between the state controllability and structure controllability of complex supply chain network is analyzed. The control effects of the control input acting on different kinds of state node of market players in the supply chain network are researched. The methods to determine lower limits of number of control input of global structure and state control in complex supply chain network are studied, and the optimal controls scheme to achieve global control in complex supply chain network are researched.
