The silk fabric that is checkweave is different tightness, by doing expansionexperiment in the adjacent elastic area studies on the relationship between the silk fabricsabout structural configuration and the flatness of fabric plane. The experiment shows that: in the same silk fabric, the tightness structure isconfigured adjacently, the difference of intertwined relationship makes the differentstructure region produce the different outside repulsion. The main factors effecting theregional expansion are tight value of the structure, interwoven density, width of thearea, that tight value of the structure are the most significant impact. In the case of samematerial, that the warp and fill yarns are both silk, with interwoven density P increasing, the fabric cover overlying factor Ef increases, the expansion is stronger. But at the sametime the expansion of the fabric region is restricted by constraint-space. With the area of the tightness structure increasing, the trend of expansion reduces. The phenomenon ofexpansion is slighter, silks in the fabric plane are arranged more straightly, the betterflatness of fabric plane.5. We analysis, under the different intertwined relationship, the effect about theexternal force on the cross-section of fabric silk, do the test of structural changes in silkfabric, and morphological characteristics about different types of silk cross-section, andanalysis the relationship between intertwined tightness and the extension width coefficientof silk cross-section, and study on the effect of fabric plane visual about shape changes ofsilk cross-section.The experiment shows that: the cross-section shape of Silk in the fabric is deformedby the force about adjacent system around it and silks of another system which areintermingled, so in fabric there are only A, B and C three types of silk cross-section. as Pjincreasing δw of A, B and C declines in line with1value position, that is, as warp densityincreasing, the shape of fill yarns gradually change from horizontal flat to vertical flat; theresult is relatively complex which is produced by δj of A, B and C district that changeswith Pj, different structure fabric has differentδj and changed characteristics. The moresimple fabric organization, the less section type, longitudinal section diameter anddiameter of silk are consistent, so the uniformity of grain size about the organization isgood, and also the smoothness is. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Silk Fabric, Visual Effects, Innovative Design, Direction Thinking, TexturedImplicit, Warp Tension, Surface Beating Line, Mixing of Color Space, SphincterCoefficient, Silk Cross-section Shape, Fabric Smoothness | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
