Key technologies of coal stability of rapidly drilling of the tunnel. cuttingcompositions of longitudinal roadheader have cutting head rotation, vertical drilling,horizontal swing, vertical cutting,The time in the share of the entire cutting workingprocess of drilling is smaller,however, excavation of footage, whole process of time andthe efficiency of roadheader are affected. Random loading become bcomplex and changingwhen roadheader working. loading of longitudinal roadheader becomed complex andvaried when drilling,loads are eventually passed to the track system. Vibration, stability,reliability of roadheader have become prominent. Dynamics of roadheader tracks have highacademic and practical value.In this paper, it focus on the cutting process of longitudinal roadheader,verticalvibration, horizontal sliding and the analysis of tension changes of track system areanalyed, vibration and dynamic differential equations of track system are established bylagrange equation, numerical simulation is applied by MATLAB.With the cutting angle ofelevation, horizontal swing angle,trend of track support force, sliding force and tensionis obtained.In solving center of roadheader mass and driving moment of inertia wheel, method of3D ray picking is putted. Speed of picking is also improved.The foundation of roadheader track system load library is established for the Chinesgeological conditions, a theoretical basis for the design of new longitudinal roadheader isalso provided.
