Research On The Relationship Between Enterprise Safety Beliefs And Safety Executive Force

The paper regards coal mine enterprise as research object. On the basis of theoretical and empirical researches, adopted factor analysis method, invented safety belief measuring indicator, established structural model of safety belief factor and got four factors:belief approval, safety belief, safety guarantee, and safety practice. Invented safety executive force indicator and acquired humanistic management, plan encouragement, execution communication, and safety guarantee; established the relationship model between safety executive force factors and the model showed that humanistic management brings about significant influence on plan encouragement, execution communication, and safety guarantee. Established structural equation relation model of safety belief and safety executive force and concluded that the influence standardized coefficient of safety belief on safety executive force is0.819(CR=7.203, P<0.001), so the positive influence of safety belief on safety executive force cannot be ignored. On the basis of above researches, put forward enterprise safety system construction and implementation method, which has conducted detail discussion and put forward specific advices on the key elements and mutual relationship of safety belief system.
