In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s national economy, particularly in the construction industry, cement as a building material, its production is very high. Since cement production is energy-intensive industries, it requires a lot of energy. So a series of energy saving measures for cement clinker production have been rapidly developed and applied. In national policies and economic benefits, the waste heat power generation technology was spread on the new dry process precalcining cement rotary kiln.In this thesis, the status and development trends of cement clinker production, waste heat recycling technology and process control technology are presented at first. On the basis of analysis of mutual influences between the clinker production process and waste heat power generation process are analyzed in detail, the coordinated control methods of clinker production and power are developed.An in-depth study and meticulous research was conducted on theoretical and field tests. The main research contents include the following aspects:There comprehensive analysis control object, and analyzes the mutual influence between kiln and waste power plant. On this basis, the coordinated control method for kiln and waste power plant has been proposed, and the "cement clinker production and waste power coordinated optimization control system" has been developed. Coordinated control objectives and evaluation indicators have also been identified.On the based of control object analysis, the coordinated control requirements analysis for air quench cooler (AQC), AQC boiler and fan has been proposed, and the coordinated control strategy has been designed and developed based on fuzzy algorithm. It described the fuzzy controller design procedure in this thesis. The operating results show that the method has good feasibility, stability and efficiency.According to coordinated control requirements and coordinated control method of kiln preheating system and SP boiler, the coordinated control subsystem for kiln preheating system and SP boiler has been designed based on fuzzy algorithm. The ield test results show that the effect of coordinated control has been improved.At present, in the control process of waste power plant, the waste heat into boiler change widely and quickly. In order to improve the control method of waste heat boilers and turbine, a new heat signal expression applied to the boilers and turbine coordinated control subsystem and a new boiler damper control method have been built. And the deaerator and condenser water level coordinated control method has been improved. Using the operating data, the new methods are optimized and the experiment results show the waste power system coordinated control subsystem using the methods have also been improved clearly.The coordinated control system has been used and studied on optimizing operate methods of startup, operation and shutdown process for waste heat power generation system. The optimal control curve and control methods are developed. In addition, the control effects of the coordinated control system are analyzed about72hours testing and long-term operating. Its results have shown that the system is conducive to increase clinker production and power, and reduce coal consumption. In short, the coordinated control system can improve the overall efficiency.Finally, there were summarized the study content and conclusions of the full text, discusses improvement of coordinated control methods, control strategies, coordinated control system and fuzzy controllers, anysis application prospects of the coordinated control system. And in the last, the development direction and the content of on-going research are determined.
