The gold is the most important financial instruments is also the national finance foundation in the human history history. The gold has been low in the Chinese finance reserve, this gave the financial stability to bring very disadvantageous influence.In recent years, the Chinese gold production dramatically increased and consecutively for six years situated in world first, but the accident also exhibited the trend of escalation in Chinese gold production, therefore, the gold production was facing the huge society and economic pressures, to change currently grim very security situation, the gold production enterprise needs to enlarge the investment of fund and technology in the gold mine security field.At present has a large gap of China’s gold production technology and safety management between China and the gold production of powerful countries. Although, has many gold acquisition enterprise has to build up the safety monitoring system, but only a single safety indexes of the safety monitoring system is monitored. At the same time, as the early warning research started earlier, theory and technology of coal mine safety early warning research in China has been relatively mature, many security early warning theory and technology has been applicated in the actual and achieved good results. But, well versed gold mining, such as mineral processing, smelting processing, and the uniqueness of the accident types, all of these are very different conmpare with coal mine, so the coal mine safety early warning theory and technology, cannot be directly applied to mine production process, to improve the safety technology of gold mining, must be based on gold mining, establish security early warning system of theory and technology, the current China departments and gold miners pay more and more attention to gold mine safety management work, but the gold mine safety early warning research of colleges and universities and other research institutions is still in the exploratory stage, through literature search, we haven’t found at China and abroad have research papers and research achievements in the field.In this paper, based on national security law and the basis of safety technical standard, combinated with the accident statistics of three underground gold mine in Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province, the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine’safety warning system research, main purpose is to use modern advanced science theory method and the advanced technology such as computer networks, to carry on the risk early warning, according to the characteristics of underground mine acquisition enterprise, through the process of risk analysis on underground mine acquisition, the construction of safety early warning indicators, building security early warning model and to establish the digital security early warning system, the safety in production activities of real-time monitoring, diagnosis, control and correction, to prevent and reduce accidents to provide theoretical basis and technical support, realize the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold safety of feedforward control, comprehensive control of process control, feedback control, finally realizes the essence safety management objectives.The content of this study includes four aspects:(1) the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine’ hazard analysis, (2) the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold’ safety early warning index system was established, (3)the three underground construction about the safety early warning model of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine, (4) the establishment and implementation of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine’ safety early warning.By collecting and studying a large number of literature at home and abroad, and though theory and methods of empirical research, the following main conclusions and results were obtained.1. The theory research. In this paper, our research starting from the safety philosophy, include the basis of the risk early warning theory and technology, and risk early warning and implementation steps, this study considered the ideological root of risk early warning research is modern safety philosophy is that intrinsically safe thought as the core of its, the power of risk early warning research is the social civilization and human pursuit of their own safety need, also the modern system theory, system theory, cybernetics and information theory, mutation theory, coordination theory, the dissipative structure theory is the basis of the methodology of risk early warning research, the accident cause theory as the safety early warning research pointed out the research object, through the basic theory of narrative, we can clearly understand the stage of risk early warning research development and its direction; the main safety monitoring technology and safety evaluation and early warning technology are the base of earing risk warning technology, and also the basis of risk early warning system to construct technology, first of all risk factors can be got monitor information through security monitoring technology, safety assessment technology on the basis of safety monitoring data in risk assessment, risk early warning technology based on the safety status of early warning of evaluation results, the three kinds of technology in the construction of safety early warning system for forming a complete system, to form safety risk warning technology base, finally this study theoretically expounds the safety warning function and implementation steps.2. Risk analysis. Risk analysis is the foundation of security early warning research, through risk analysis can understand the accident types, the factors influencing safety system, this study from the gold ore storage conditions, mining methods, environment, the nature of the disaster, and to analysis the characteristics of production system.of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold.According to the national standard the company worker casualty classification type (GB6441-86), gold mine accident disasters can be divided into roof caving help, waterproof, poisoning, suffocation, blasting damage, improve transportation accidents, falls, objects, vehicle damage, mechanical injury, electric shock, gunpowder explosion, mine fire and vessel explosion, surface subsidence, dust and other 16 kinds, and specific analysis of the subjective and objective causes of this accident disasters. On this basis, based on the accident cause theory, design a four-dimensional the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold accident cause model, and further from the staff, management, environment, equipment, safety and production technology of five aspects, such as a comprehensive system of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine safety influence is composed of 68 factors, and in order to make this research to construct the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold safety factors system more systematic, in this paper, by means of explanation structure model, the method of using adjacency matrix, accessible matrix calculation is established, such as the explanation structure modelof the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold has been conducted.3. In this article, after the early warning model theory and principle of building have been discussed, Our study found that all of the existing security early warning model in the study pay attention to the whole of the early warning of the whole system, and lack of single index and subsystem early-warning, we aimed at these shortcomings, according to the single index early warning, early warning subsystem and the whole system early warning level of division, and setting the warning level and warning rules, this study proposed the security early warning model based on genetic wavelet neural network, the system of the early warning model research, and analyses the structure of the genetic wavelet neural network, respectively explains the early warning model of input layer, blurred layer, operation layer, and the blurred layer and its operation steps, processes and training for the construction of safety early warning system provides the mathematical and technical foundation.5. Safety warning system construction. For specific gold mining enterprises, this article has carried on the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine safety warning system and its function of design based on the organization, monitoring, storage, calculation and output, and include:personnel, equipment, hardware, software process of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine safety early warning system, this system has the safety monitoring and information management of production capabilities, safety supervision and management of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine, and monitoring include gold mining is selecting, ascend, earth pressure, ventilation, drainage, goaf, Refining of gold and key areas,Forming a feedforward control, real-time control and feedback control combination way of safety early warning management in the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine safety warning system in the acquisition process, using the security simulation,3 d modeling, electronic communication, automation, computer technology, thtough the industry Internet and the industry automation platform software combines surface information management system, each production link subsystem, underground environment monitor subsystem and the monitoring and early warning system with dispatch control subsystem, etc. Gold mining safety early warning system of the software acquisition process, based on GIS platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database, use the programming language such as Java, ArcEngine development. The system can achieve normalized security monitoring and accident disaster warning, this paper introduces in detail the landing of the system and function interface, and analyzes the map management module, security management module, safety early warning module, and the operation of emergency rescue module and man-machine interactive view, this paper introduces the system of management and maintenance support way and the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine acquisition process safety early warning system of organization and hierarchy, and responsibility. Empirical studies show that the system can complete well versed the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine security risk monitor early warning, to improve the efficiency and level of safety management in gold mines.The innovation of this paper is mainly indicated on four aspects as follows:1.In this paper, on the basis of the accident cause theory, as gold mining and selecting subsystems as the research object, the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine accident cause mechanism model is established.it can be divided into five categories include people, equipment, environment, management, production technology and safety technology and 64 safety factors, and analyze the way of the role of the risk factors, to explore the rule interactions between each factor, we build the ISM model of the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine’safety factors influencing factors.2.The safety early warning indicators, including five security early warning index:the external supervision environment security early warning index indicators, equipment safety early warning index, management security early warning index, personnel security early warning index g and its 73 secondary security early warning index.especially in the process of building equipment safety early warning indicators, made the system equipment safety early warning indicators and the subsystem of security early warning index,to improve the index of pertinence, avoids the index build too not targeted, in the process of building personnel security early warning index,we distinguish the personnel safety early warning indicators and technical personnel and management personnel safety early-warning index.3.Based on fuzzy mathematics and genetic algorithm, wavelet transform, BP neural network we build the security early warning model, and set up including:single index early warning, safety warning subsystem and security early warning model.4. Based on GIS and Microsoft SQLServer2005 database platform, use the programming languages and platforms such as Java, ArcEngine developed well versed in the Process of Mining and Selecting in Underground Gold Mine safety warning system software, realizes the man-machine interactive visualization, compaete the early warning system design include feedforward control, real-time control and feedback control.
