Study on practice of Ecological Civilization Construction improve the system of performance appraisal and other major regulations to incorporate the construction of ecological civilization into the orbit of institutionalization and legalization;Our country’s ecological civilization construction has made significant progress, but it still can’t keep up with the pace of economic and social development. " Haze has become people’s concern. Dealing with pollution is both a test and a subject.So, we are determined to deepen the reform and win this battle. The full text is divided into seven parts to study the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, specific as follows:Chapter one is introduction.This chapter introduces the background and significance of the selected topic,literature review both home and abroad,research ideas and methodologies,implications and limitations.Chapter two is a brief account of the construction of ecological civilization.The author mainly discusses the intention,features and significance of ecological civilization construction and argues that ecological civilization construction is the only way to build beautiful China,the fundamental guarantee to promote the development of the low carbon, the inevitable requirement to transform development mode and the surest way to take responsibility and to upgrade civilization form,for a big country which should take responsibility.Chapter three is the theoretical foundation of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.Firstly It introduces the ideas about ecological civilization of the classical Marxist writers such as Marx,Engels and Lenin.Then it sums up the ecological civilization ideas of Marxists with Chinese characteristics such as Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and XiJinping.Moreover,it expounds respectively the ecological civilization of Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism in Chinese traditional culture. Finally, this paper introduces the ecological idea of the ecology marxists: Foster, O’Connor, Agger and Leiss,which provides a strong theoretical support to study ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics.Chapter four introduces the current situation of ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics.On one hand,it summarizes the achievements of ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics, including the environmental protection work which is carried out smoothly,the overall environmental quality improvement and ecological culture idea which is deeply rooted in minds of people.On the other hand,it puts forward some problems exiting in the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and analyzes its causes.Chapter five is the typical modes of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.Combined with the relatively successful Chinese projects of ecological civilization construction,this chapter summarizes the typical pattern of ecological civilization construction practice.And It also gave a separate introduction of the origin,characteristics and practical value of the construction mode.Chapter six is about the policies,measurements and experience of ecological civilization construction in developed countries.Based on introducing the policies and measurement of ecological civilization construction in The United States,Japan and Germany,this chapter concludes several experience which is beneficial to our ecological civilization construction,including active promotion of environment education,great efforts to develop circulatory economy,environment governance with legislation and attention on the development of technology.Chapter seven is about the countermeasures for the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.Based on the above analysis of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,Five countermeasures is put forward for the promotion of construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,which is reasonable development and utilization of land and space,ecological environment system construction, the transformation of the mode of economic growth,the construction of good social fashion,and the international ecological cooperation.
