With the energy shortage.environmental pollution and other issues are becoming more prominent,energy conservation and environmental protection have become important problems in relation to thesustainable development of human beings.As an effective means of energy-saving emission reduction, Ithas become one of the most important directions for truck crane circle to develop the lightweighttechnology.The use of lightweight technology cannot leave the safety performance testing andevaluation, only through the scientific, reasonable and correct safety evaluation, in order to promote thebenign development of lightweight technology, and the implementation and spread of lightweightmanufacturing technology in the enterprise.1.The Paper combining with the national science and technology support plan Green ManufacturingKey Technologies and Equipment Projects (project number:2011bafllbOO), subject ten GreenManufacturing Related Generic Technology (project number:2011bafl lblO), has carired out thesystematic study on safety performance testing and evaluation technology system and its keytechnology of lightweight truck crane.2. Aimed at the current situation of truck crane industry in China, and based on study of the materialat home and abroad, and the status of lightweight truck crane, the author carries out a research on thetechnology of lightweight truck crane, the influence of lightweight on safety, security performancetesting and evaluation technology.3.It mainly analyses the approach and method of truck crane lightweight in the paper,introducedlightweight technology on jib, turntable and chassis of auto crane. The finite element model will bebuilt through the analysis on large crane jib and turntable typical structural force, to realizelightweight design of jib and turntable with the using of the finite element mises stress nephogram ofhoist boom and turntable lightweight computation and analyses, and finally achieve s goodresults.Using optimization techniques combined with finite element method of structural optimizationtechniques,80t truck crane for a certain enterprise to carry on the lightweight optimization,Implements the overall weight decrease and most of the location point lifting capacity enhancement,Lifting performance reached10%?30%, the overall best performance。4.According to the structure and operating features of truck crane, it is the first time that a papergives a system identification in safety hazards for lightweight truck crane on road and operation,determines the type of the lightweight truck crane hazards, systematically identifies performanceindicators, and finally determines to take the content closely related to safety performance as the safety assessment project. And the paper will use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish thesuitable crane safety assessment criteria system for our country.5.Thetruck crane is divided into three-level hierarchy according to the different characteristics ofeach crane index in the safety assessment criteria system,.The influence factors of its securitysituation are of great complexity, because truck crane is not only on road, but also hoisting. It willmake the description blur for the whole auto crane safety condition. So the evaluation results will bemore real, more reasonable, if we choose fuzzy method to deal with ambiguous problem. Consideringabout the truck crane safety situation and the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluationmethods, combining with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive assessmentmethod, it establishes mathematical model of multistage fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluationmethod, using the mathematical model to carry out the comprehensive evaluation on the safetycondition of a QY50type truck crane. The testing result is good.6.Throughthe investigation of seven domestic excellent enterprises with19typical prototype oflightweight methods and lightweight effect, analysis lightweight solution with different effect on thesafety performance of truck crane. The test instrument for lightweight truck crane is completed, andthe specification is also written, The testing method and determine specification of stiffness and fuelconsumption is firstly proposed.7.Thinkingof the exact influences on safety performance of lightweight truck crane, the paper takesstandard coefficient in as the correct coefficient for each evaluation class of its evaluation after itrealizes the automobile lightweight, when it reasonably determines the evaluation grades of eachassessment criteria.In writing of the lightweight truck crane safety performance assessment standardrealizes the implement of the standardized coefficient of multistage fuzzy hierarchy comprehensiveevaluation method in the application of the lightweight truck crane safety performance assessment,escorts Lightweight design for truck crane, and also has the remarkable significance for driving thetruck crane industry to the high-end product development.
