Study On The Safety Assessment Of Bridge Crane Based On Risk Inspection

With the increase of service life,the potential risks of bridge crane are increasing.The safety of bridge crane can be greatly improved by assessing it.However,the traditional method of assessment is based on the results of spot inspection,which means the results are easily influenced by human factors and inspection methods,and most of the assessment methods are just aimed to assess part of the crane.In this paper,a safety assessment method of bridge crane based on risk detection is proposed,which realizes the safety assessment of whole bridge crane.Firstly,the safety assessment scheme of bridge crane based on risk inspection is proposed,the components of the safety assessment model are defined,the assessment model is determined according to risk source identification,the calculation method of safety assessment is formulated.According to the comparison and analysis of risk sources identification method,based on the analysis of identification principles,identification factors and fault types,the method of failure analysis is taken,and the appropriate safety assessment criteria are determined.Secondly,the key technology of bridge crane safety assessment based on risk detection is studied.The missing data is completed by using multiple interploation method.The overall level of severty is divided according to the severity of the risk source,the probability of occurrence,and the comprehensive situation of safety.Considering the subjectively of severity level division,the error analysis method is used to modify the severity level.The coupling rules are established by analysing the coupling relationship of risk sources which improve the content of the assessment.Finally,a software system for safety assessment is developed based on the above safety assessment method of bridge crane.The safety assessor can perform online assessment operation,and users can login system remotely to view and download assessment reports.By conducting the safety assessment experiments of typical engineering examples,the feasibility of the method is verified.
