There are large amounts of high energy consumed existed public buildings in china, which makes the green renovation of public buildings a severe topic. Focusing on the scheme design period, and taking the design elements, and characteristics of both technologies and evaluations into consideration, combined with AHP method, this paper put forward evaluation method of kinds of renovation schemes during scheme design period, which could support basic theory for national standard in this field.Firstly, summarize of relevant research was given, including the renovation research and practice in China and foreign countries, and a systematic statistics was made to analyze the techniques and evaluation methods of these researches and practices. Combined with characteristics and problems of renovation of public buildings in China in current time, the necessity, research object, research method and innovation points were explained.Secondly, the differences between green renovation and non-green renovation were analyzed, and the GBES items were extracted and transformed to influence factors of public building’s renovation scheme. By systematically analyzing public building’s renovation practices, the problems which lead to evaluation differences were refined, and the AHP method which can solve both of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis was chosen. Based on above work, the research clues of this paper were put forward.Thirdly, the key influence factors of scheme evaluation of green renovation of public buildings were researched, and the root catalogues includes4parts: site planning renovation, building renovation, physical environment index and energy consumption index. The traditional1-dimension influence factors of both of physical environment (indoor and outdoor) and energy consumption were extracted and sorted into2kinds of types: physical index and achievement method, and the physical index was reserved in catalogues of physical environment and energy consumption, and the achievement methods were merged into catalogues of site planning and building renovations. All the factors of the4catalogues were explained and analyzed systematically.Moreover, the structure of evaluation of public buildings’ green renovation scheme is built due to the key influential elements and the construction rules of AHP method. By matrix, all the elements were designed to be analyzed by comparative method and converted to questionnaire, and a large amount of questionnaire survey was carried out, which considered options of kinds of type of experts and aimed at getting the weight coefficient of multiple influential factors of assessment system of reconstruction buildings. The results of questionnaire survey were adjusted via consistency check to ensure a reasonable conclusion.At last, the computer-aid platform of assessment system of reconstruction buildings was established to achieve a interactive manipulation. By importing JAVA programming language, the input of large amount of data and contrast of variable plans, the output of conclusions report and the download and upload of data of evaluated projects were revealed.2renovation projects located in hot summer and cold winter climate zones which pass the3-star level of national green building standard were analyzed to test the performance of the system, and the results were proved to be scientific and objective, which could be helpful in the practice of public buildings’ renovation in China.This research established an evaluation framework of scheme design of public buildings’ green-renovation, and the weight coefficients of influential factors were given by questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. Based on the above work, the evaluation platform of scheme design of public buildings’ green-renovation was revealed via efforts of programming and visualization design, which contributes to basic research theory of public buildings’ green-renovation in China and offers quantification analysis of kinds of schemes of public buildings renovation, strengthen operability during evaluation work in the pre-design period. Compared with traditional scheme evaluation of public buildings’ green-renovation, the achievement of this research work combined both of influences of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and avoided the problem which only aims at satisfying the needs of Green-Star evaluation system in China. The evaluation platform fits the current laws of green buildings in China, which introduces qualification judgment of renovation schemes, deepening development of public buildings’ green-renovation in China.
