| At present,the construction industry has become the main industry that consumes energy and emits carbon dioxide in China.The development of green buildings and the green renovation of existing buildings have become the focus of research.Existing public buildings are large and wide in my country,and effective green renovation is an important way to achieve sustainable development of the construction industry.Identifying the critical success factors of green renovation projects of existing public buildings can strengthen the management and control of critical points in project implementation and operation,improve project management,and better guide the implementation and operation of green renovation projects of existing public buildings.This research takes the green renovation project of existing public buildings as the research object,clearly defines the concepts of existing public buildings,green renovation and critical success factors,and defines the success of the green renovation project of existing public buildings,from various perspectives such as different stages of the project and different participants,combined with the theory of the whole life cycle of the project and the theory of stakeholders,through literature research and expert interviews,to identify the success factors of existing public building green renovation projects,and using the research method combining Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Interpretative Structural Modelling(ISM),analyzes the causal relationship and hierarchical relationship of the success factors of green renovation projects of existing public buildings.explores the critical success factors of green renovation projects of existing public buildings,and carry out empirical research on the feasibility of the research method combined with actual cases.Conclusions of major research:(1)Analyzing the causal relationship diagram of success factors,the critical success factors of green renovation projects of existing public buildings are the top 20% factors,and they are located at the lowest level of the multi-layer hierarchical interpretation structure model,including: a sound legal and regulatory system(HJ1),carry out relevant training(GC6),stakeholder knowledge gap(CY8),good political,economic,social and natural environment(HJ2),relevant cooperation experience of stakeholders in green transformation(CY5),and limitations of green materials,equipment and technologies(GC7).(2)Based on the multi-level hierarchical interpretation structure model,it can be seen that the critical success factors of existing public building green renovation projects are located at the bottom of the model and are not affected by the upper-level factors,but the upper-level factors are affected by the arrows between the factors,and ultimately affect the stakeholders.Satisfaction(CY1)and normal operation of the project during the renovation process(XM1),thus having an impact on the success of the project.(3)Combined with the empirical analysis of an existing public building green renovation project in S city,the DEMATEL-ISM method can clearly identify the critical success factors of the existing public building green renovation project,and this theoretical research method is feasible to analyze the critical success factors. |
