Development Of Intermediate Level Of The Industrial Design Technology

This paper attempts to put forward the concept of’industrial design standards’, work in line with the current state situation to promote the strategic distribution on’industrial design standards’, find out the realistic contradictions that hider the implementation of the industrial design standards strategy of our country at present, explore the promo-tion route and technical path for standardizing the industrial design based on the coun-try’s development needs and actual conditions, and to deepen and improve the imple-mentation and the hierarchy of the industrial design strategy.Researches and studies on the definition, physical and technical content of the’indus-trial design standards’are worldwide innovation issues, which in combination with the industrial design development strategy and to perform a holistic thinking is a matter of significant challenges that include industrial design development path, direction and its contribution to the society. Researches on industrial design standardization in our country is just beginning, the lack of relevant research data and experiences that can refer to the sample which make this topic valueUnder the existing conditions, the paper draws the outcome of the peers’work as much as possible on an international scale, combining with my personal experiences in or-ganizing, presiding or participating in the related research projects and development practices, to start an expand level and multi-angle discussion about industrial design standards from both theoretical and practical perspective, and preliminarily summa-rized the solution to the problem of’the technics and strategic choices of industrial de-sign standards as an intermediate level of design’. On this basis, this paper is able to format the innovative ideas for further study in conjunction of future practice, and fundamentally complete the predetermined research ideas.Chapters 1-6 are sections of this paper to expand the discussion from the following perspectives:The first chapter’Introduction’, is about the investigation and explana-tion of the related content on’background’,’study necessity’,’basic concepts’,’key-words’.’the current research on industrial design standards’,’innovation and research methods’,’research paths and technical solutions’; The second chapter focuses on the ’the theoretical overview of industrial design standards’; Chapter three focuses on the ’the basic connotation and properties of industrial design standard strategy choices’; The forth chapter focuses on the’theoretical methods of structuring industrial design standards’; Chapter five discusses about the’the technical solutions of structuring in-dustrial design standards’; Chapter six further proposes the ’policy recommendations for implementation of industrial design standards’. The Related typical case compara-tives helps explain the value of industrial design standards to industrial design devel-opment as well as the strategies and methods of implementing industrial design stand-ards effectively. Of particular importance is the case study on the work, which is chaired by the author, of China’s first national standard in the industrial area "Evalua-tion rules of industrial design for household and similar electrical appliance", the com-pletion of the work means that China’s industrial design standardization process has started with a new beginning; the document affirmed that industrial design standards can improve the usability of the industrial products, and by promoting practical evalua-tion system to promote the necessity and possibility of effective development of the industrial design industry.
