Research On Rural Green House Design Strategy In Cold Area Based On Multi-standard Coupling

Our country is an agricultural country,rural population,rural development lags behind compared to urban areas,many villages still follow the original way of construction,the application of green technology shortage,existing in the standard system is mostly for establishment of city building development in the construction of the farmhouse,and does not have a complete system can refer to the construction standard and technology system,have a plenty of for a part or part of the rural construction,such as "technical specification for village renovation and so on,this part of the standard in the global content on relatively lack,are mostly limited to the introduction of a link,introduced in 2014," a beautiful rural construction guide Is the first country in the construction of systemic related national standards,its content provides a large rural construction direction,but on the technical details and regional comparison,so how to have a system of standard of rural residential construction,to explore suitable for cold areas of rural green residential design strategy is the focus of the study in this paper.This paper takes the current national and industry-related green building standards and codes as the theoretical basis and macro technical framework.Firstly,it classifies and analyzes buildings according to their types and scope of application.Secondly from climate,economy,technology,culture,several factors fully understand the particularity and limitations of regional rural architecture,discusses the applicability of each type of standard of regional rural residential construction and can helps for full standard system of green mining technology factor,and the design strategy and establish a good juncture between evaluation system;Finally,these standards are deleted,modified,added and integrated according to the above analysis as the theoretical support for the subsequent design strategy.Through field investigation and investigation of rural areas in cold areas,the current situation and existing problems of rural housing are understood.Combined with the constraints of rural housing in cold areas and national and industry-related green housing standards and norms,the strategies for regional rural green housing design are scientifically and systematically summarized.Under the guidance of strategy,the practice of trial design is carried out to verify the practicability and feasibility of green building technology,so as to provide systematic and standardized building design methods and technical systems for the construction of rural green houses in cold areas.
