With the improvement of manufacturing level in China,product manufacturing is gradually changing to automation.In electronic industry,many automatic production lines cannot be bought in market for ready-made,so ETO(Engineering to Order)design is required.Non-standard customized design automation production line has the characteristics of short development cycle,long manufacturing and debugging cycle,low reuse rate of model drawings,low replication and high manufacturing cost.The rapid iterative renewal of products and fierce market competition require that the design and construction cycle of automatic production line must to be short,the investment must to be low and the risk must to be low.In addition,it is necessary to change the line quickly,upgrade at low cost and transform quickly.In order to solve this problem,company H has carried out modularization and standardization of non-standard automatic production line,including: module decomposition planning and standardization of production line,and establish standard modules;Quickly complete the customized design of non-standard automatic production line through standard module combination and variation;From product manufacturing to design,carry out cross departmental cooperation,establish a collaborative mechanism between manufacturing line design and product design,and realize low-cost,high-quality and short delivery of products from two aspects of technical means and management means.The main content of this paper is to systematically refine and summarize the process:(1)This paper introduces the features and situations of non-standard automatic production line design,introduces the customer’s requirements for automatic production line customization,and expounds the existing problems;Then this paper studies the modularization and standardization theory,studies the application and significance of modularization and standardization design in production line,studies the modularization and standardization design methods.Through the research,it is found that modularization and standardization design is an effective method which can improve the efficiency and quality of non-standard design,can reduce the design cost and meet the needs of customers quickly with high quality.(2)This paper puts forward the modularization and standardization methods,the modularization and standardization process: including the construction of modularization and standardization platform,the establishment of design standards and specifications,the modularization、standardization and serialization of existing data of non-standard design,the application of modularization and standardization design,etc.While carrying out the standardization of non-standard automatic production line equipment,this paper puts forward the collaborative mechanism of product manufacturing and product R & D,through DFX(Design for X)specification and joint review of product design,product modularization and standardization are carried out from product R & D,so as to improve the feasibility of automatic manufacturing of products(3)This paper puts forward the evaluation method for modularization and standardization of non-standard automatic production line,the benefit evaluation is carried out from four aspects: project cycle shortening rate,production line quality benefit improvement rate,total cost reduction rate and customer satisfaction improvement rate;This paper evaluates the modularization and standardization level from the aspects of brand model convergence rate,modularization and standardization maturity,module reuse rate and standard module coverage.(4)This paper takes the modularization and standardization design and evaluation of an automatic production line of automobile camera in company H as an example,practices the modularization and standardization approach from design to effect evaluation: Taking the customer demand as the starting point,select the standardized module to quickly complete the customized design.The changes of project cycle,quality and cost before and after the adoption of standardized and modular design are compared to reflect the value of standardized and modular work.
