Track Vehicle Door Reliability Data Management And Failure Analysis System

As an emerging technology, reliability engineering has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises. The application of reliability engineering technology can improve the quality, reduce the cost and finally enhance the competitive capacity of the enterprise. This paper makes some research on the reliability technology based on the requirement of Nanjing Kangni New Technology of Mechantronic Co. Ltd.First, this paper introduced the present domestic and international status of reliability engineering, after analyzing the enterprise's requirement and the computer software and hardware infrastructure, the procedure of data processing is optimized, a database is designed and an analyzing system for reliability data based on platform of .NET is developed. The system includes the following modules: fundamental information management, primary fault data management, fault data recording, fault distribution analyzing, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). During the process of development, some key technologies for system realization are researched on. According to the actual fault data source of the corporation, this paper proposed a new dynamic termination method for reliability data processing which realized the real time application of traditional termination method in the corporation. And the module of .NET Builder is used for hybrid programming to simplify the procedure of data processing and enhance the efficiency.Finally data was collected for system testing and instance analysis, compare with the result of commercial software, the result of this data analysis system verified the stability of the system and the accuracy of the results.The achievement of this paper helps to support the further investigation of reliability engineering technology for the enterprises.
