In recent years, Taiwan has not only undergone major changes in terms of lifestyle and medical culture and health concepts, but its Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance implementation, universal education, and media advocacy have also influenced the understanding of medicine and medical treatment. Hence, classical teachings for cold-induced febrile diseases have been widely applied and have raised study interest. However, it is indeed a pity that the excellent qualities and clinical experience, as well as the medical cases in traditional Chinese medicine, have been forgotten as the elderly gradually perish.With the gradual rise in the use of Internet technology, the dissemination of information and digital archives have become the most important living-based themes and learning tools at present. On the other hand, how the traditional text "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases" welcomes the knowledge-based era, strives for excellence, and continues to spread the spirit and efficacy of excellent traditional medical treatment, in an era of "simple, convenient, cheap, and effective" remedies for colds, remain important issues in today’s medical culture and clinical research.In view of the scarcity of research on Taiwan’s "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases," through digital content and network development and literature publications on the current development situation with in-depth interviews and content analysis, and through the construction of the prototype webpages, this study aims to establish a discussion space for clinical applications by researchers and an archive search network platform. Additionally, in-depth interviews targeting physicians and experts were conducted to gain an insight into the origin and development of the "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases", as well as its path toward excellence through the main specific contents and records.The purpose of this study is to explore the development situation of the "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases" and the development of the prototype webpages in Taiwan over the past decade. First, through literature review and content analysis, data was collected to establish the related interview contents. In addition, discussion and analysis were conducted through four dimensions, namely, strategy, implementation, structure, and culture. The semi-structured in-depth interview was also adopted. Finally, the main research findings were summarized to derive the conclusion. The results show that.1. Chinese medicine in Taiwan managed to enter the medical mainstream due to the National Health Insurance, which facilitated the propagation of the "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases."2. The establishment of the modern digital network platform facilitated the development of Chinese medicine and the "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases", making them more flexible and efficient.3. The "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases" has not received special attention by the government and the field of college education over the past, leading to the uneven distribution of resources.4. Physicians have difficulty reading traditional teachings and classics on the "Treatise on cold-induced febrile diseases". Therefore, experiences were oftentimes verbally explained by teachers.
