Purpose:make a comprehensive collection, collation of ancient books of TCM on the aging; analyze aging, aging time, the concept of aging, aging performance of the five zang organs; establish the construction of Chinese theory of aging.Method:The "bad", "old" as key words, retrieve the electronic version of the ancient literature of TCM; then browse one by one, and analyze its correlation with human aging law, excluding the illness caused by Yin and Yang decline; on this basis, further analyze correlation and senescence people in the five Zang organs; as the last, establish the construction of TCM theory of aging.Results:Construct a TCM theory of aging by five Zang organs based. The aging is defined as "a process of life, people across the vigorous period until death". Degradation of kidney essence and the inevitable decline of the whole function, find that aging begins from 35-40 years old, with the deficiency of kidney essence, and spleen, kidney is the most close.This study help to further consolidate the TCM health science foundation. The study also is helpful for the next step according to the clinical research, to study aging and the foundation for modern conditions.
