Objective:This subject adopts grain-moxibustion on Dazhui (BL11) Point Zusanli (ST36), grain-moxibustion, clinical observation of grain-moxibustion treatment of AIDS, the incidence of pulmonary infection, the length of the number and quality of life of survival, and observed the changes of white blood cells and lymphocytes in CD4+T patients.Methods:From February 2014 to February 2016 during the period of the Republic of Gabon in the treatment of hospital pulmonary infection of AIDS patients. The use of grain-moxibustion on Zusanli (ST36), Dazhui (BL11) in grain-moxibustion, grain-moxibustion in treating observation combined with conventional therapy for treatment of AIDS and pulmonary infection disease cycle, the length of survival and quality of life, and to observe the changes of white blood cells and lymphocytes of patients with CD4+T. The survey data table by way of statistical data, the results with using single conventional therapy were compared, comparison between curative effect, course of disease, quality of life between similarities and differences.Results:(1) Patients with the average duration of antiviral group was 15.11+2.67 days; the average duration of antiviral+grain moxibustion group was 9.61+3.07 days. There were significant differences between the two groups compared (P=<0.01).(2)In the treatment efficiency, the effective rate of antiviral treatment group of patients was 44.40%, and the antiviral+grain-moxibustionThe effective rate of treatment group was 61.70%. In the quality of life, the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were With statistical significance (P=<0.01). Compared between the two groups, grain-moxibustion combined with antiviral treatment and simple resistance.The quality of life in the drug group compared the improvement after treatment was significantly better than the antiviral group and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).(3) The average cough antiviral groups before treatment score was 6.06+1, the average cough score after treatment was 5.94+0.73; average cough antiviral+grain-moxibustion group before treatment score was 4.67+1.88, the average cough score after treatment was 1.83+1.25. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of cough scores and the difference was statistically significant (P=<0.01). Patients with antiviral+grain moxibustion treatment after treatment of cough score lower than that in antiviral patients, and has a statistically significant difference (P=<0.05).(4) The average value of CD4+antiviral groups before treatment was 447.17+114.45, the average value of CD4+after treatment was 451.06+91.09; average cough antiviral+moxibustion group before treatment score was 4.67+1.88, the average level of CD4+after treatment was 529.89+108.33. Two groups of patients before and after treatment CD4+levels showed no significant difference (P=>0.05), but the use of grain-moxibustion combined with antiviral treatment were higher than the simple use of antiviral therapy in patients with CD4+levels were statistically significant (P=<0.05).(5) The average white blood cell antiviral groups before treatment was 12.72+1.40, the average value of white blood cells after treatment was 7.33+1.39;+antiviral grain-moxibustion group 18 cases of WBC of patients before treatment were 13.55+1.65, the number of white blood cells after treatment was 5.99+2.18. Two groups of patients after treatment, the number of white blood cell levels were significantly lower than before treatment (P=<0.01), and there was a statistically significant.(6) The average number of neutrophils in antiviral group of patients before treatment was 625.22+221.02, after treatment of neutral Granulocyte mean value and 654.83+300.08; the average number of neutrophils in antiviral+ grain-moxibustion group before treatment was 648.28+282.96, the average neutral after treatment of grain was 697.92+288.76. No statistically significant differences between the two.(7) Antiviral group before treatment of patients with chest X-ray score value of 2.11+1.18, the average score of chest after treatment was 1.72+1.18; the average number of chest X-ray score antiviral+grain-moxibustion group before treatment was 2.06+0.64, the average chest X-ray score after treatment was 1.83+1.04. Before and after the chest score between the two groups of treatment had no statistical significance (P=>0.05).Conclusion:(1) grain-moxibustion can significantly shorten the course of treatment of AIDS patients with pulmonary infection. (2) grain-moxibustion can improve the efficacy of antiviral, to improve the quality of life is better than that of antiviral group.(3) grain-moxibustion can significantly improve the pulmonary infection of AIDS patients with symptoms of cough, curative effect is better than single western medicine treatment group. (4) The method of grain-moxibustion than single western medicine treatment can significantly improve patients with CD4 cell level, but there was no significant difference before and after treatment. (5) grain-moxibustion combined with western medicine treatment is one of the effective method for the treatment of HIV infection, has a unique effect in improving symptoms, shorten the course of treatment, the effect of CD4 may be a potential mechanism of its onset.
