Objects:To investigate the effect of endogenous protection information of moxibustion on gastric mucosa between the start protective effect and spinal cord,the selective cut of neural pathway in the spinal cord of experimental animal,application of morphological,biochemical and molecular biological methods,the effects of moxibustion on gastric mucosa protective effect,and the effects of moxibustion on gastric mucosal protection related endogenous substances IL-1?,TNF-?,EGF,IL-4,PGE2,NO and HSP70 protein expression of protection.Methods:48 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely:A,normal group;model group;B,C,D,moxibustion moxibustion + model group;spinal cord transection group,12 rats in each group,according to the requirements of D group rats underwent spinal cord transection surgery,nursing after 3 days,B,C.D group rats were given intragastric administration of anhydrous alcohol and aspirin made gastric mucosal injury model(A group saline),fourth days with moxibustion at Zusanli point as subjects factor,moxibustion treatment(A,B group,only to not moxibustion)2 times daily for 3 days.The serum and gastric tissue,according to the Guth standard record the injury index of gastric mucosa of rats(UI),to observe the morphological changes of gastric mucosa under light microscope;were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in gastric mucosa and serum IL-4,PGE2,NO content in gastric mucosa.EGF,serum IL-1 beta.The content of TNF-alpha;using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Western blot(Western-blot)detection of serum and gastric mucosa of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)expression.Results:1.After modeling,the injury index of gastric mucosa in rats of model group was the highest,the rats in the normal group had no obvious gastric mucosal injury,indicating that the model was successful;moxibustion treatment,gastric mucosa injury of rat gastric mucosa have different degrees of repair,mainly for the index of gastric mucosal injury reduction(P<0.01),gastric epithelial cells shedding the situation improved,arranged more orderly,gastric epithelial tissue hyperplasia,gastric cell proliferation,tend to be normal,inflammatory cells gradually reduced,capillary hyperplasia.2.The protective effect of the moxibustion treatment group after spinal cord transection injury of gastric mucosa,gastric mucosal damage index decreased less.(P<0.01,P<0.05),the surface of gastric mucosa had serious damage,inflammatory cell infiltration obviously,cells in the blood.3.Moxibustion therapy in gastric mucosa increased EGF,serum IL-4,PGE2 and NO in gastric mucosa and serum and serum IL-1 beta,TNF-alpha content.But this effect is partly influenced by the spinal cord transection(P<0.01,P<0.05).4.The content of HSP70 of moxibustion therapy in gastric mucosa of rats increased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05);and moxibustion therapy + spinal cord transection group did not change with the operation of moxibustion for treatment of HSP70 content in gastric mucosa(P>0.05).5.After each group of moxibustion therapy in gastric mucosa increased expression of HSP70 in model group have different degree(P<0.01,P<0.05),and moxibustion therapy + spinal cord transection group than without surgery moxibustion treatment reduced HSP70 expression in gastric mucosa tissue(P<0.01,P<0.05),model control group and normal control group the difference between no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)point can obviously improve the morpholo gy of gastric mucosa in rats with gastric mucosal injury,and the content of endogenous substances and the expression of HSP70 in gastric mucosa,whi ch can reduce the degree of gastric mucosal injury.2.Spinal cord repair mechanism of gastric mucosal injury has obvious inter ference on moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)point decreased.That the spinal c ord is an important signal transduction of moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)po int on the repair mechanism of gastric mucosal injury,is an important part of its signal pathway.
