Since the twentieth century, with the unceasingly prominence of extension of economic globalization and the problems of development cost, the cost issue was paid extensive and profound attentions by the people day by day. How to know the cost of social development correctly?It is a significant issue to seek for the sound and sustainable social development road.On the basis of critically inheriting the predecessors’ thinking, the classical Marxist writers expound series thoughts of important social development cost.
