Study On The Imperial Lineage Female Tombs Of Qing Dynasty

As an important part of mausoleum in ancient China, the imperial lineage female tombs in Qing Dynasty will be the references for the mausoleum study.This dissertation focuses on the imperial lineage female tombs in Qing Dynasty. Aiming at reflecting the use of coffins and burial ceremonial evolvement by analyzing the tombs’construction and distinguishing feature,and then explore the historical effect of the object held by the study object in the ancient mausoleum system of China.This paper is composed of five chapters.The first chapter:Preface. In this part, the author summarizes the research approach, intention and the achievement of the study object based on the researching the future trends.The second chapter:Based on the study of the cemetery structure and the underground palace of the empress and imperial concubine’s tombs, analysing the evolvement regular pattern. Then the graves were divided into four section.And then compare the tome strucure with the concubine’s of the Ming Dynasty.The third chapter:Classification and seriation of the princess and prince wife’s tombs. And then divided the development history of tombs system into four phases.The fourth chapter:Analyzing the use coffin, the body ornaments, burial goods and the other that relating to funeral ceremony, then exploring the feature of the material culture and the cultural connotations, then summarize the buried method, the site selection and so on.The fifth chapter:Conclusion. Based on the studies above, summarize the development feature and insist the historical significance of the imperial lineage female tombs in Qing Dynasty.On the whole, as an efficient method of studying into the cultural hierarchy,intercommunication and ethical mingle, the imperial lineage female tombs in Qing Dynasty possesses profound significance owing to the mirroring and instructional effect, moreover, exert the important influence on the on-scene investigation, replenishment history document and proving history, therefore, the object is an important part of the research of China ancient mausoleum system.
