Corruption can be said to be global problem,all countries in the world have varyingdegrees of corruption.We are living in the social transition period from planned economy tomarket economy,and it is also a period of the most rampant corruption since the founding,inthis period owing to the change of interest structure,all kinds of social contradiction appear,on the other hand,due to many loopholes in system,it brought an opportunity that can beexploited for some officials of corruption,caused the state and society very bad influence,ledto current corruption has become the largest economic loss of pollution,social and politicalchallenges in China.For academic circles,angles of view on corruption have political,economic,social andother aspects,but no matter from which to study,it should by no means be separated fromtraditional culture.China is influenced by traditional political culture deeply,especially payattention to interpersonal relationship.In such social environment,no matter for what will tendto seek the various “relationship”,and after thousands years,this thought of “relationship” hasimplanted in the minds of Chinese people deeply as a way of thinking and behavior.Especiallyunder the concussion of market economy,people′moral concepts and values appearedspellbound,confusion and dislocation,the negative factors in the traditional interpersonalrelationship affected to political corruption.Therefore,the anti-corruption is a task whichbrooks no delay today, it is worth studying,analyzing and solving by social scientificworkers.For this reason,the author attempts to discuss the cultural roots of corruption from theangle of the traditional interpersonal relationship,and understand the influence of currentpolitics corruption,try to find out the effective way of eradicating corruption.This thesis includes five chapters:The first chapter, the basic overview of Chinese traditional interpersonal relationship.Not only defines the interpersonal relationship’s meaning, but also discusses the Chinesetraditional interpersonal relationship’s special meaning, thus further elaborates why theChinese traditional interpersonal relationship can exist and studies the formation of today’sperformance and the influence of the traditional interpersonal relationship’s concept.The second chapter, the traditional interpersonal relationship’s influence in Chinesehistorical development. First, through the analysis influence of the feudal social structure andpolitical structure by the traditional interpersonal relationship, discusses the traditionalinterpersonal relationship’s effect for the maintenance of several thousand years of feudalautocratic society.And then analyzes influence on the process of social development under thesystem of planned economy in China,Though it was concussed by political " taking class struggle as the key link ", but in the plan economy era of the Chinese society, such as"collectivism"," benevolence"," etiquette" and some other active factors of the traditionalinterpersonal relationship played a positive role. Finally, expounds the positive meaning formodern society by its thoughts of "benevolence","human unity","faith","etiquette",And itsnegative factors that make people arise the corrupt motive under the situation of powerwithout effective supervision and restriction,cause people’s absence of social morality.suchinfluence can not be ignored.The third chapter, Traditional interpersonal relationship’s challenges and problems in theperiod of social.Reform led to diversity in the pattern of interest, made conflicts of interestshad become unprecedented complex. Although diversity in the pattern of interest pounded thenegative ideas,such as equalitarianism, enhanced people awareness such as equality,autonomy, competition, efficiency and democracy, but it made the mammonism andhedonism popularized,so that the gap between the rich and the poor are becoming more andmore serious, and exacerbated the social contradictions.At the same time, also caused thepeople’s ideology to be changed, some people’s psychology to be unbalanced.Therefore,socialtransformation made the relationship between people became cold and indifferent.In additionto many loopholes and unperfect political structures, negative factors of the traditionalinterpersonal relationship supported for corruption objectively.The fourth chapter, interpersonal comparison and reference between Chinese andWestern.With the western interpersonal comparison, we can summarize some experiences:Fair is a more prominent feature in Western interpersonal relationships, because they wouldtake a" simplified" attitude while dealing with the relationship between people is its advantage,so its interpersonal relationship is simple relatively. Between individuals or betweenindividuals and organizations without political or economic relations, the development ofinterpersonal relationship is stable relatively, not easy to sharpen. So, this simple and practicalway while dealing with interpersonal relationships without much political or economic factorsin the western society is that we can make use of.The fifth chapter, constructing new interpersonal relationship and new path ofanti-corruption. We should realize transformation of interpersonal relationship from traditionto modern based on theory and practice of new interpersonal relationship.And we should takebuilding an honest and clean government as core to bring forth new ideas in theanti-corruption’s thinking,open up new method, throw away" ceremony"and turn over to"law", cast away" private"and build" morality" actively, make citizens to establish correctconcept of interest, bring lawful concept that of the fairness and justice into citizen’s soul,establish a perfect legal system relatively, construct a new framework of the system of honestand clean government.
