Studies In The Contemporary China Political Identity From The Perspective Of Ideology

As political life’s import content, Political identity is the people of the emotion under the influence of a certain political culture and conscious sense of belonging to an existing political system. As the intersection of social members and political system and the foundation of political legitimacy for any functioning political system, It is a kind of individual heart condition and real political practice. Ideology as systematized and theorized concept system reflecting a certain social group economic and political interests, It is deep structure of political system. It guides construction and moving direction of political system. Through depicting and demonstrating to human mutual pursuit and bright future. It provides psychological support and validity argumentation for approval subject’s needs, therefore affecting people political identity. Ideology is important means and valuable resources of political identity. Marxism internal theory character and the role and function of it in Chinese modernization process have decided Marxism is the core element affecting political identity in the contemporary China.Contemporary China is in the period of social transformation and the global context, Social stratum appears new differentiation, the interest and value constantly tends diversity, social contradictions and conflicts are increasingly outstanding. The content and focus of People’s political identity has changed, which has benign development, also has experienced weaken of political organization identity、decline of political system identity、weaken of political operation identity and crisis of ideology identity. The questions in performance identity such as the lower citizen political efficacy and the strong sense of relative deprivation the questions in system identity for example inequitable distribution system and nonstandard political system to some exten、the questions in ideology identity are main reasons causing weaken of political identity. Because ideology identity is the core of political identity, the crisis of ideology identity easily lead to weaken of political identity.Therefore, we should continuously promote Marxist theoretical innovation to enhance ideological epochal character; maintain the interests of the masses to the interest recognition, put forward the construction of institution to the institution recognition, perfect the value view education to consolidate the ideological identity. Enhancement of political identity should not only focus on the value norm level, but also tamp the idea of the social support system for strengthening social foundation of political identity in the contemporary China.
