Political communication is an interdisciplinary subject that compromises political and communication. There is an obviously distinguish between Chinese and the western countries about their theory and specific practice, so we must take the actual situation into consideration. CCP is the principal part to dismiss the political thought. We here do the study of political and communication theory and practices with the method of localization and popularization, so we can find the rule, experiences and lessons. Also, the method can bring the ideas and countermeasures to strength and improve the leadership situation.We here divided the paper into six chapters. Chapter one is introduction. During chapter one, it states the background, related concepts, the other scholars and experts’ reaches result, content and method. Chapter two is the history of CCP how to transition the point of view, the history is divided into three parts:before and after the foundation of The People’s Republic of China and after reform and open (policy). Chapter three is mainly states the role that the CCP plays while they transport the political point of view. It includes the following three aspects:First, to shape the image of the Party. Second, to propaganda and mataion the society’s stabilization. Chapter four is include political image, political rhetoric, political propaganda, political image and political communication. Chapter five is the medium of political communication which include newspapers and periodicals, radio and TV and modern media. All this kinds of media have play imponent role from different aspects. Chapter six is mainly discusses mechanism. The mechanism includes how to face the internal, external and international situation.
