Theory And Practice Of The Communist Party Of China To Strengthen The Construction Of The Ruling Party

The dissertation mainly discusses and summarizes the experience from the Communist Party of China (CPC) strengthening the theories and practices of constructing ruling Party in the different period of history via deepening the comprehension of Marxist Theory of Political Parties, based on the fundamental theory of constructing the ruling Party of Working Class, to provide theoretical direction and practical reference for current reinforcement. The article including7chapters is unfolded in two aspects.First, CPC strengthening the theories and practices of constructing ruling Party will be traced in theory, mainly from chapter1to2. The research starts from comprehending the concepts and features, analyzing the confronting severe situation of the ruling Party of Working Class to emphasize the necessity of reinforcing it. Next, the theoretical source, main content, forming and development of the theory of constructing ruling Party of Working Class will be systematically discussed. Its development track and inner connections will be revealed by examples of heralds like Lenin.Second, experience of CPC strengthening the theories and practices of constructing ruling Party in the different period of history, including initial stage of the founding of the people-s republic of China to the "Culture Revolution", Great Culture Revolution, reform and openness, will be dedicatedly studied, mainly from chapter3to7.In the period of the founding of the people-s republic of China to the "Culture Revolution", although CPC had successful experience in constructing ruling Party, it still bore some problems, such as deviated from the practice in guiding ideology and rushed for quick results; over relied on mass campaign to solve the disputes within the Party; magnified the inner-Party debates as the separatism; took the inner-Party dispute as class struggle; leveraged the political criticism to subdue the different voice. Although CPC underwent twists and turns in constructing ruling Party in the period of the Great Culture Revolution, we still can acquire useful experience from it. For example, CPC strengthened the construction of basic Party organization, fully leveraged them as role of fighting forts, and promoted the development of industry and agriculture. CPC fully aroused the enthusiasm of scientists to complete the great mission of producing atomic bomb, hydrogen bomb and satellite through giving them fully political trust, providing them necessary political and logistical protections. Fundamentally, CPC currently is confronting4Trials:how to use state power properly, how to coordinate the interests of all parties, how to promote economic development, and how to meet the outer challenges. Meanwhile, CPC currently is also confronting4Dangers:ideal and faith ebbing away, study consciousness fading away, people-oriented consciousness flying away, institution construction legging behind. Then how to stand the trials and overcome the dangers? The answer is:to enhance the ability of constructing Party, to forge learning Party, to construct socialist harmonious society, and to establish bone-and-flesh rapport between our Party and people.
