Research On E-government Model Of Interaction Between Government And Enterprise Based On Cloud Computing

The application of e-government in developed countries has greatly increased thegovernment transaction processing efficiency, which improves social economicdevelopment. Under this trend, our country e-government also gradually began togrow, and attracted the attention of the academic circles and politics. Based on thisbackground, this paper puts forward e-government construction based on interactionbetween government and enterprise and cloud computing model in order toeffectively solve the problems. The paper includes eight parts.In the first part, the paper introduces the background of topic selection, theoretical significance and practical value and the main innovation points. On thisbasis, the author introduces the research content, thinking and logical framework.The second part summarizes the domestic and foreign related research situationand reviewed in this paper, including e-government, e-government in cloudcomputing, entropy theory, game theory and virtual organization.In the third part, the author does research on e-government construction based oninteraction of government and enterprise. Through analyses value chain and supplychain, the paper put forward e-government reengineering process.In the fourth part, the paper analyses relations between government andenterprise in the view of game theory, providing theoretical basis for the next chapter.In the fifth part, builds platform for the e-government affairs based on cloudcomputing, designs the overall framework of the cloud computing platform, andintroduces the SaaS、PaaS、IaaS based on cloud computing platformThe sixth part the author proposes a way to model virtual organization ofe-government, referring to DLA, a method to model virtual enterprise.The seventh part puts forward the e-government performance evaluation systembased on the interaction of government and enterprise.Finally the author makes a summary and puts forward some suggestions.The study has an obvious reference and guidance to the construction of ourcountry’s e-government.
