The article show the virtual community’s ability including the tool operation ability in maintaining society, rational guidance function and the advantage of comprehensive arrangement from the “strong country—weak society”, the dispute between democracy and freedom and confrontation between elite politics and mass political. Finally it fully affirmed the positive value of the virtual community in maintaining the society. However, the society has never been a sterile laboratories.
