The Chinese socialist Deliberative Democracy is not only one of the two forms ofChina people’s democratic, but a Chinese political institution. Either as a democraticform or political institution, it inevitable be influenced by culture, which is regarded asintangible hand, in it’s origination, formulation and development. So it’s greatsignificant to clarify the functions of various cultural factors in the development ofsocialist deliberative democracy for further deepening the understanding of Chinesesocialist deliberative democracy, further upholding and improving the Chinese socialistdeliberative democratic institution and promoting the construction and development ofChinese democratic politics.
