Research On Enhancing The Construction Of Township Cadres

Construction of cadre’s corps at village and town level plays a important role in the great Party’s building, town party committee and government agencies are the fighting forte which aims at uniting and leading the masses to implement the party’s theoretical line, guidelines and policies and fulfill the party’s mission. Cadres at village and town are on the front line of the reform and development and they act as the particular executors of the principles and policies for rural areas. Meanwhile, they take on the responsibilities to promote scientific development, facilitate social harmony and serve the people. The construction of this corps is related directly to the implement of the party’s line, guidelines and policies in the rural areas and consequently affects the construction of socialism with China’s characteristics. The party and state always pay attention to the village and town building. Relevant laws and policies are formulated and promulgated and relevant measures have been taken. As a result, village and town cadres’ corps building was absolutely implemented and significant results were obtained. However, there are still some issues which must be addressed and it is also necessary to strengthen the construction of cadres at village and town in the consideration of the current international and domestic situation and the needs of the rural work. It is very necessary to strengthen study of this problem, analyze the status quo and the causes of the problems and propose corresponding solutions.
