| Government websites is recognized as e-government system reception and portals, which has played a positive role in China’s economic development and social life, and gradually has developed into the important platform and window services for the public and businesses. But there are still many shortcomings in our current e-government system construction, such as, web-based information lack of useful content; low degree of website usability and humanity; resistance of resource integration. The paper does research on synergetic path for e-government system, which can provide the theoretical framework and practical application model for the development of e-government systems, thus guiding the development of China’s e-government system. This paper systematically researches on user satisfaction path for e-government system, that is, through in-depth analysis of ecological characteristics of e-government system, e-government ecosystem theory is built; then, based on the structural equation modeling, the paper does analysis of e-government user satisfaction development path, including indicators and questionnaire design, questionnaire survey and path analysis; using system dynamics theory, the systematic analysis of synergetic methods, approaches and processes is carried out; and then, the paper designs a set of evaluation methods for user satisfaction development path in e-government system; and ultimately user satisfaction development path can be achieved for synergetic e-government.The research contents of this paper is:(1)Theoretical research. On the basis of the relevant theoretical research, this paper builds a whole theory for synergetic e-government development, so the corresponding theoretical models are established from the micro-level, middle level and the macro level; what is more, it combines the evolution mechanism of micro level, meso-level and macro-level, and proposes the synergetic evolution mechanism.(2)Practical guidance. This paper makes use of the ecosystem and synergetic evolution theory, to do research on revolution ways, approaches and processes of E-government system, and based on the simulation and empirical studies on the synergetic evolution mechanism, it can actively respond to technological advances (such as the challenges and opportunities brought about by the techonology development), while enriching the application of synergetic evolution theory in the E-government sector.(3)Development proposals. Based on the research above, this paper proposes three kinds of resource integration models which favor the development of user satisfaction in e-government system, including the integration model based on user object and services subject, the integration model based on business process, an the integration model based on government websites. The expected innovation of this paper is:(1)Main bodies analysis of e-government system. From the perspective of customer satisfaction, this paper puts forward EGS development path. On the basis of EGS theory, information ecology, co-evolution and other related theoretical,it develops analogy research method to study the characteristics of EGS, define its theoretical connotation, and systematically and comprehensively explore EGS features, components, interactive relationship, all of which constructe the theoretical system of user satisfaction development path in EGS.What is more, combined with user needs, this paper performs quantitative analysis for user segment which provides macro guidance for the construction of e-government system.(2)Analysis of user model and its influencing factors. From the perspective of user satisfaction, based on the analysis of e-government system, this paper does further research on the individual needs of different users; and government microblogging is taken as the example, this paper disscus the factors affecting customer satisfaction, such as the users, the contents quality, graphy and video value, comments, forwarding, as well as the government’s image and other topics, then develops the structural equation modeling to do empirical research, which can provide scientific basis for the long-term development of China’s e-government.(3)Analysis of e-government system model and its influencing factors. On the basis of the user model and its influencing factors, combined with the analysis of EGS, this paper researches quantitative analysis of customer satisfaction, including the path number of feedback, contents timeliness, feedback cycle, contents update frequency, technology update rate and secondary development rate of system, and it builds the system dynamics model of user satisfaction in e-government system, develops Anylogic simulation platform to build customer satisfaction EGS SD model; empirical research provides a rich theoretical basis for the government to establish the joint development of e-government system.(4)Evaluation of user satisfaction and its development path. From the perspective of customer satisfaction, this paper takes government microblogging as the example, develops AISAS model and questionnaire to establish government microblogging effects model in the short-term. And the feedback results of evaluation model can provide effective guidance for the joint development of e-government, to lay the theoretical foundation for the promotion of information disclosure effect. On the basis of the above researches. Based on the above analysis, the general development path of customer satisfaction can be got in EGS, that is, the analysis of system main bodies— user model and its influencing factors—EGS model and its influencing factors—user satisfaction evaluation, the development path will provide guidance for the development of China’s e-government system. |
