In recent years,the tourism industry has developed rapidly in China,however,a lot of tourism crisis events have damaged the local tourism image seriously.In the era of self-media especially,the public opinion of the travel crisis has been amplified and spread by social media.Some of these rumors will spread throughout in the cyberspace entirely,which leads to the public opinion has lost control and may evolves more serious public crisis events.Therefore,researching on the public opinion of tourism crisis is explore the evolutionary laws of formation and dissemination,which will help the government regulators understand the changes for public opinion,initiates corresponding public opinion guidance mechanisms,improves government’s management level of the tourism crisis and government’s guidance capability of the network public opinion.Based on reviewing literatures both at home and abroad,the paper using evolutionary game theory to study evolution rule of online and offline public opinion in tourism crisis,which can improve the ability of crisis management in government departments and the social governance on the Internet.Finally using the“Huge bill of prawns”as an example to empirical research.As follows are main contribution of the paper.(1)The tripartite evolutionary game model of government,tourism enterprises and tourists under the evolving environment of tourism public crisis has been set up.The x→1,y→1,z→0 is a benign system on the evolution of offline public opinion under the tourism crisis,according to the evolutionary equilibrium analysis.It is the ideal evolution mode that are government-led,tourism enterprises integrity management and a few complaints or no complaints for tourists.(2)The evolutionary game model of government and disseminator of public opinion under the Internet environment of online public opinion has been established.The1x=1,1y=0,1z=0 is a benign system on the evolution of online public opinion under the tourism crisis.It is the ideal evolution mode for the online propagation in tourism crisis that are equilibrium which the government should choice controlling strategy and the disseminator should not spread online public.(3)In order to further verify the above conclusion,using the method of computer simulation experiment to simulate the evolution of public opinion on online and offline in tourism crisis.This paper puts forward the guiding mechanism that is leading public opinion of tourism crisis on online and offline,based on the life cycle of the public opinion dissemination in tourism crisis.These provided some references for government departments that to deal with the tourism public crisis and the social governance of Internet.To research the evolution of public opinion on online and offline in tourism crisis,this paper uses the“Huge bill of prawns”as an example,which is committed to promoting the tourism public crisis towards the ideal state.The multi-evolutionary game model is constructed to explore the evolvement paths and rules of multi-agent in the tourism crisis,based on the assumption of bounded rationality.Finally,through numerical analysis and simulation,we put forward the sufficient condition to promote evolution of the multi-agent towards an ideal strategy and reveal the key variable influencing the evolution strategy of public opinion on online and offline in tourism crisis.What’s more,it provides a reference and method to solve the tourism crisis such as the“Huge bill of prawns”and others for government monitoring department.
