This paper builds up the phenomenon of"donation fraud"in the network collection,combined with the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the network collection,network public opinion related combing and summary.This paper puts forward a game strategy study on the evolution process of network public opinion under the influence of network donation event.Firstly,This paper determines the network collection event of network public opinion evolution role of participants:the appeal party(recipients and fund-raising organizations),the promoted Party(network V,opinion leaders),governance(government and fund-raising network platform)and ordinary users(according to the rational degree is divided into limited rational users and non rational users),and public opinion evolution at each stage of the game as formation stage:recipients {publishing real information to help,publishing false information to help},fund-raising organization {launching fund-raising campaigns,not launching fund-raising campaigns},user{donating,not donating};development stages:user {believed,questioned};control stage:government{intervention,not intervention};subject involved(initiator of false help)?explaining,not explaining} and the public {pursue,not pursue};on the basis of 3 different stages of their game strategy combination judged main game revenue size,thus building a game of the basis of the theoretical model.Secondly,the thesis used the evolutionary game theory in various stages of the game between the evolution of more in-depth research,in the analysis of ordinary users inside(consider irrational user)based relationships and multiple activities to set up the dynamic evolutionary game model,evolutionary stable strategy game main stages using equilibrium and stability analysis method for network under the network of public opinion as a fund-raising event:(recipients:publish fictitious information,fund-raising organization:fund-raising,donations,users)(user;believe)5(Government:active intervention,involving the subject;Interpretation:public does not pursue).According to the results from the model to optimize the governance for the purpose of reality the implications for parameter setting and how to adjust the representative analysis of the actual case:the evolutionary stable strategy of the"Rolle incident"mapping game model for the three party in Parameters,we get the experimental conclusion through simulation analysis,optimize the result of the evolution strategy which does not meet the expectations,to achieve the goal of positive social benefits.Finally,with the goal of how to deal with the spread of negative public opinion caused by the network fund-raising event,this paper gives the corresponding strategies from the angles of the help side,the governance side,the promoter side and the user.
