Education fairness is the cornerstone of social equity. Higher education fairness is one of the greatest tools for achieving social fairness. Undoubtedly, the popularization of higher education in China has greatly increased the opportunities of higher education for more people that share the resources of higher education to enhance the fairness of higher education to a considerable extent, but this fair and just "quantity" fair has not reached the "quality" of fair in a sense. Higher education "quality" equity demands that we are concerned about enrollment opportunities fair, more concerned about the fairness of the process of higher education, which is concerned about fairness in the process of higher education students educated. Specifically:concerned about the personality of college students and rights have been respected, and attention to students in the colleges and universities receive the appropriate education, attention to students whether equitable sharing of the resources of higher education; concerned about students’ academic as well as whether other acts get fair evaluation. In this study, it is based on such a concern from the point of view of the subjective feelings of the college students, the higher education process fairness of questionnaire design their own, to examine the process of higher education fair, looking for the higher education process fair influencing factors, the analysis of the higher education process unfair performance and reasons to explore the process of promoting higher education fairness countermeasures.The research of higher education process fairness has great significance. There are two theoretical significance of the performance, one can enrich higher education fair theoretical results, the second is to study the higher education process fairness as an important part of social equity, it can provide some theoretical support for the promotion of Higher Education healthy and harmonious development; there are three practice significance of performance:to lead the community to pay more attention to equity issues of higher education process, to promote equitable progress of China’s higher education process empirical analysis and reference to college teachers can promote in daily educational management process more attention to students. In this study, the higher education process equality is the research object, the process takes sociological analysis point of view to consider higher education. Specifically, our knowledge of the learning process from the college students in the school during the scientific process, the process of social practice, appraised awards dynamic investigation comprehensive the process weakly trapped assist the process, the process of interpersonal six dimensions, integrated education process. The basic logic of this paper are:around the "higher education process fair sociology analysis perspective, what is higher education process is fair, examine the dimension of higher education process is fair, equitable factors affecting higher education process and fair process of higher education in our country the extent of the higher education process unfair performance caused the Higher Education unfair reasons, and promote higher education fair process of countermeasures."Expand exposition pursuit operability countermeasures combined with long-term institutional building organic. The study is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter explains why the topic of higher education in the process of fairness and significance, this part describes the research perspective and research methods of research ideas and research framework. The literature review found that there are very little fairness research on higher education process, lacking of empirical research on the higher education process is fairness. Therefore, this study choose a sociological perspective, from the level of the college students to study and determine the combination of reasoning and empirical research methods, in particular, the introduction of a single-factor analysis of variance statistical methods, in order to explore higher education process fairness influencing factors as well as the impact of various factors.The second chapter is the theoretical basis part of the higher education process equality research. The basic components of this section are:first, a review and examine related concepts in the study of higher education process was fair, investigated scholars have "fairness","education fairness," Fairness in higher education","higher education process fairness "definition of the concept, put forward their own basic perspective on this basis, and the core concepts necessary to define; Secondly, fair study of higher education process dimension analysis for higher education process fair from the knowledge of the learning process. The fairness, the scientific process is fair and equitable process of social practice, appraised awards process is fair, weak trapped assist the process was fairness, interpersonal process is fair six dimensions to inspect. Finally, it explore the higher education process fairness and relevant theories.The third chapter is part of the higher education process fair of empirical research. Students from the college level, we are trying to use empirical methods to explore the issue of fairness in the process of higher education as a whole. This chapter begins with a brief survey of the study purpose and meaning, content and objects, ideas and methods carried out a detailed analysis of the survey data, the next use of statistical methods, specific knowledge of college students learning, scientific research, social practice appraised awards, weak trapped assist, interpersonal process fairness.Chapter IV is the analysis part of higher education unfairness section. This section first lists the performance of China’s higher education process is not fair, and specifically refers to the study of knowledge, scientific research, social practice, appraised awards weak trapped assist, interpersonal six dimensions unfair. Then it points out the unfair reasons in higher education:ignore the interests, stressing that dominate the learning process unfair fundamental reason; lack of resources, configuration imbalance is the main reason of the scientific process is unfair; opportunities below normal, the base does not stability is the direct cause of the unfair practice; attitude misconduct, the Disorderly the appraised unfair important reason; policy hiatus, funded ineffective counter poverty and unfair external cause; adverse environment, character flaw is the process of interaction unfair underlying reasons.Chapter Ⅴ is the countermeasure probing part of higher education fairness. Respectively, from the six aspects of the knowledge of the learning process, the scientific process, and the process of social practice, appraised awards process, the weakly trapped assist process interpersonal process in the previous chapters explore the theoretical basis of the analysis of the current situation and analyze the reasons put forward to promote higher the fair educational process related countermeasures.Higher education process research fair is a well-established theoretical value but also the issue of practical significance to promote higher education process fairness, it needs government, society, university teachers and students together to complete. The expectations caused by the government, society, universities and other aspects of the concern and thinking through a fair process for higher education, research, and fairness to provide more favorable conditions for the promotion of higher education process.
