Education is the fundament a industry of a nation, in relation to the families andthe growth of each child, but also about the future and development of the country, therevitalization and prosperity of the nation, is a key problem needed to solve the people’slivelihood construction. The education justice advocates a basic value concept and valuestandard, fully demonstrated the extension of social equity in the education field.Education equality is the indispensable important component, is the important contentof constructing the harmonious society and the objective request is the starting point forthe realization of social justice and support the most powerful. However, what we haveadvocated the education fair meaning is not entirely fair, there is no difference betweenthe fairway talk about real educational fairness, not in a standard mode to treat eachperson in society, it is impossible to make everyone with the same opportunities, weshould grasp the differences between different individuals, the characteristics of eachstudents in accordance with their aptitude, to give maximum corresponding to thedevelopment of education opportunity. The development of education is directly relatedto the future development of a society. Education can promote social equity;harmonious society construction makes the content more full and fair education. Ifeducation is not Fairmont only to promote social justice, but will make the societycreate more inequality. In China modernization process, the gap of economicdevelopment around the still large, because the level of economic development andeducation development level, there is a high correlation between education, leading touneven levels of development, the right to education and the rural education resourceallocation one more than another, the majority of the students and the vulnerable groupsof children get effective guarantee to, one of the education fair question has alreadybecome the current crunch time China’s urgent social problems and contradictions. Based on the background of the objective situation, our country’s education isfacing, and objective analysis of the meaning of fairness. Equity in education forpenetrating analysis theory, the realistic situation of our country’s education unfair,summed up the current education due to economic two element structure, resourceallocation, class difference factors such as unfair the problem derived flood. Uphold thepublic education, the government must increase investment in education, the industry tothe public, even the past emphasis on the development of a region or a type of education,to the balanced development of education, the inclusive education, the education idea oflifelong education and other new, through these to promote fairness in educationmeasures of effective implementation, to ensure that more people can be satisfied withthe education, we can make the country to obtain outstanding talent more, better quality,thus speeding up the pace of construction of socialism.
