A Study Of Chinese Educational Fairness At The Present Stage

Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the recent collective leaderships of Party Central Committee led Chinese people into a new historical period.It is not only the period of strategic opportunity,but also the period of contradictions highlighted.Among these perplexing contradictions,education is one of the most important issues that people have been paying close attention to.Although China's education has made great achievements,it is still incompatible with the demands of people.People have many appeals on education.The desire for educational fairness is the most urgent appeal.Educational fairness is the key issue that needs to be confronted and envisaged by our Communist Party and government owing to educational fairness is the foundation of social justice.Educational fairness is not only related to the well-being of people,but also about the future of China and national rejuvenation.Doing well a satisfactory education requires to promote the deepening reform of educational fairness.To carries on historical mission,the Communist Party of China need to further promote the deepening reform of educational fairness.This paper analyses the problem of educational fairness of our country in the new period in the round and by the numbers with the methods of literature research,the combination of history and theory and comparative analysis.The basic framework of this paper is following:The first chapter is introduction.It mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,reviews the domestic and foreign research status about educational fairness,discusses research ideals,research methods and innovation of the article and defines the connotation of educational fairness.The second chapter expounds the importance of further promoting educational fairness in the new period.The recent CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core stays true the mission and promotes the deepening reform of educational fairness comprehensively.Because achieving the goal of educational fairness is not only the relentless pursuit of the Communist Party of China,but also a hot and focus issue of public concern at present.The third chapter inspects the current situation of educational fairness and the causes of educational unfairness.This part includes remarkable achievements are made in the cause of education and the flaw present situation of China education.Unfairness mainly embodied in the educational resources' configuration is not reasonable and the crisis of confidence on educational fairness is appearing.The primary reason of educational unfairness is imbalance of social and economic development.Other reasons include unfair guidance of education policies and rules,the restriction of traditional thoughts in education,the influence of educational corruption,and these reasons are catalysts.The fourth chapter explores the countermeasures concerning further deepen the reform of educational fairness.The practical ways to solve the problem of educational fairness include the following points:Firstly,we must establish the concept of educational achievements sharing;Secondly,we should balance the allocation of various kinds of educational resources;The third point is reform enrollment system of admission;Furthermore,it is indispensable to strengthen cooperation between education with other social fields.
